Michaela is a Five Star representative of Hotel Firefly. My husband & I arrived three hours later than we had planned (it was dark out). After a challenging travel day, were able to exhale in a beautiful environment, and truly feel the red carpet trea**ent from Michaela. Our room is well appointed and the complimentary in-room breakfast menu DIVINE. The balcony and view are splendid!! Bar 55 is a must for the evening night cap.

Spacious, comfortable, great spa, great location, very helpful staff! We had a great spring break stay as a family and found the rooms spacious with good amenities for skiing/snowboarding. Staff helped us frequently to coordinate cabs, make restaurant recommendations and even reservations! Will come back again soon!

Our family of 6 (all adults) had the pleasure of staying at the Firefly for 6 nights. I had planned to stay at a chalet/airbnb but stumbled across someone recommending the Firefly in their review of the airbnb - not helpful for the airbnb! It was exactly what I was looking for: the convenience of an apar**ent (kitchen in the room and large living area ) along with the amenities of a hotel (spa, bar, game room, housekeeping and especially breakfast delivery). The staff was delightful and helpful. We weren't able to book the suite of our choice for the entire stay but the staff graciously moved us about to accommodate. The Firefly made our first visit to Zermatt fabulous and memorable. We highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful staff. Friendly and helpful about everything. Modern and great design. Interesting pool, hot tub, and sauna. The staff arranged lunch and dinner reservations with complete success. All around great experience.

Hotel Firefly is a perfect choice in Zermatt. Great location, very spacious rooms with a luxury feeling and friendly staff ready to help you with everything you need. The Spa is so fresh and relaxing, and I loved their breakfast. Their bar have a great vibe, a perfect place to end the night. I will be back.

We cannot begin to describe how wonderful our trip to Zermatt and stay at Hotel Firefly was! We traveled as a group of 6 and stayed in the Maxi Suite Deluxe. The suite was beautiful, well appointed, extremely comfortable, and very clean. Perfect views of the Matterhorn and surrounding Mountains. The amenities in the hotel were also fantastic (hot tub, pool, saunas, steam rooms, bar, games, etc). The hospitality that we encountered from everyone at Hotel Firefly was top notch! Everyone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our Holiday was perfect. We travel as a group atleast twice per year, and this was rated at the top of our list of experiences and stays. We cannot wait to return!

We booked the 3-bedroom suite for my wife and a couple friends. What an amazing stay! Every morning we got to look out of the big living room windows and look at Matterhorn, while eating our breakfast that was delivered to our table each morning. That was the best part. If we happened to be asleep, they'd let themselves in, set up the table with everything, and leave without making a sound. We'd roll out of bed to fresh juice, coffee, eggs, bacon, home made cured meats(!!!), etc. It was maybe a 1000m walk to the gondola and our ski locker, so it was a nice warm up for our legs before a day on the slopes. Every member of the staff we encountered was just so nice! I can't give them enough praise. Bar 55 is really cool. Great music, great drinks, and great vibes all around. The spa is to die for! The hot tub is outside, but covered. You never get too hot. But if you want to... they have a steam sauna in a cave outside, or you can go into the full spa area for the 2 different saunas (beware, no clothes allowed). Matilda, the masseuse, gave me the absolute best full body massage I've ever had. You want to stay here, trust me!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite hotel, and it surpassed all my expectations in every aspect. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every detail was exceptional. The spa provided a peaceful oasis, the rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and the hospitable hosts made my stay unforgettable. I can't wait to return.
