非常有特色的酒店，木屋裝飾很温馨，早餐不錯，在陽台上可以看雪山。酒店有去火車站的送電瓶車，可以把人和行李拉去酒店，提前聯繫預約即可。下次來采爾馬特還值得入住。

Had a fabulous time. The staff were wonderful. The service was impeccable and food delicious! It was hard to leave. We also went to the spa and had the most amazing trea**ents. The chocolate body wrap was out of the world and such a delightful treat. Thank you so much!

If you are young and can afford to stay here, I would flat out advise you to look elsewhere. I would also highly recommend this staff be enrolled in an age discrimination course. One quick note before the review - if you only speak English, you will find your conversations to be rushed and the instructions they provide to be very disorganized. Follow up questions will be met with frustration. Moreover on the age discrimination - we were disrespected by the staff both upon check in, then again when on the phone asking about the faulty AC unit, and again when providing the receptionist feedback that we received a poor experience with our massage. What was the most shocking part, and the reason for this review is the absurdly unprofessional and physically hostile experience I had with the owners son (manager). I shared my experience with the receptionist and he walked right up to me less than a foot from my face, trying to physically intimidate me, and told me this therapist had something like 30 years of experience and had worked on royalty - not even taking a second to receive my feedback. He then raised his voice to say he WILL NOT be giving us a refund. And later went on to accuse my wife of not being able to afford it? As if we cared about a $40 reimbursement at a $700+ night stay. Your parent’s hotel is plenty within our means. Manager, if you’re reading this, all we wanted was to share our feedback and get an answer for a product we paid for, then didn’t at all receive the experience that was advertised - being that it would be a simple massage from a trained masseuse. Also, do you try to physically intimidate all of your customers who provide critical feedback, or just the young ones? You really need your check yourself. I think the young people reading this would find it offensive that, as you pointed out in your response to my wife, that all we were driving toward was a refund and that we should book a stay at a hotel that was more in a more in a price range. When, in reality, we were trying to share feedback in a professional manner. It’s a shame your response was not reciprocal.

Room 403 has wonderful views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Hard to find fault with it other than,pillows being too soft for us.All staff all very helpful and could not do more to help.The hotel smells wonderful (wife's comment). Electric shuttle between sister hotel,train station very easy.Swiss efficiency. Great location for everything. Breakfast buffet good selection. Evening meal (half board ) had interesting selection.

My wife and I along with our friends spent six nights at the Hotel Julen and had an amazing stay. The hotel is decorated with a classic Swiss feel. Rooms were well appointed and updated. Staff could not have been. Iced and very friendly. The food was amazing and I highly recommend the half board: five course dinners were different every night. Best hotel to stay at in Zermatt. Great location.

Where is your favorite place to go skiing? We ski between two and three times a year and have fallen in love with Zermatt. We have stayed at several different hotels in Zermatt, both on the mountain and in the city. One of our favorite places is this amazing hotel in the city center @traditionjulen This breathtaking penthouse deluxe suite with Matterhorn view is just one of a kind (room 501). In the city center of Zermatt you find the lovely hotel Tradition Julen Alpenhof with wellness and spa area, rooms with alpine charm ambience, cozy bar, amazing food, sweet staff and only 50 steps from the cable car.

As someone who spends about 50 nights a year in a hotel I can say with certainty that this is the best place I remember staying! The staff are incredible, the location is super convenient, and the restaurant in the hotel is the most sought-after in town! Can’t wait to come back, and stay twice as long…

Can't give this hotel enough 5 stars. Everything was amazing: 1. The location. If you ski, it's an easy walk to the bus that takes you to the lifts. There are bars, restaurants, shopping, anything you want on a vacation is steps away. 2. The rooms are big, warm and cozy. 3. What really stood out is the welcoming service and a**osphere. We will come again just for that 4. The restaurant has amazing food!

Traveled back to Zermatt, and to Hotel Julen to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. The Hotel was as charming in 2024 as it was in 1989! The room was wonderful with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, and the front desk was extremely helpful as my husband got injured on the slopes and we needed special accommodations during our stay. We did the half board and the meals were outstanding. Breakfast included hot and cold items, and dinners had incredible choices. We never doubted our decision to stay in the hotel for dinners . We also enjoyed the spa - sauna and steam rooms were large and the pool was also great.
