Highly recommend !!! Please reserve their “Mountain View Suite” for travel in Zermatt , Switzerland 🇨🇭 Hotel location is good, just 10 minutes walk distance far from train station (with your heavy luggage maybe 15-18minutes walk, but the floor is so far flat and easy for carrying luggage) Their staff in both reception & cafe are super nice, warm welcoming and helpful 🤍 Our room is clean, spacious and the view is fabulous 🏔️ House keeper are sweet and detail minded (even I never meet him/her in person) 🥹

酒店位置一流，可以望到馬特洪峰👏🏻自助早餐唔錯，地方非常乾淨，好光猛。地方又夠大，可以放三、四個大行李喼。

酒店的房間一般，但是陽台上景色真的很好，正對馬特洪峯。小鎮的景色真的很美，白天黑夜都很美。心情舒暢。

帶着家裡四個長者出行 最後一天因為起床時間不同 我們決定各自房間分別下去吃飯 吃到一半餐廳服務人員大聲的過來指責説 我們是一個大家庭應該一起坐在一個大桌 不應該分開坐一會兒別人過來該沒有地方了 餐廳本來就不大 兩個大桌被預訂了 一個大桌被一對日本情侶佔了 我們分別坐了兩人桌有什麼問題嗎 這時的時間連八點都不到 我辦理入住時 前台幾個人在他們辦公室裏嘀咕大概就是中國怎麼怎麼樣的 除了每天負責打掃房間的幾個人還挺好相處的 其他人對中國人真的是帶着有色眼鏡的

兩個晚上第一個晚上不給我預訂的房型，降級了！第二個晚上換房間給我，但是也不是很滿意的房型，整體一般般吧

房間乾淨整潔，環境優雅，景觀獨特，酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，但價格偏貴。早餐食品種類不豐富，有過期食品

Nice rooms, spacious bathroom, balcony with table and chairs and view of the matterhorn. Great breakfast, and staff only too happy to prepare your eggs. Hotel has its own electric Taxi and are happy to collect you from or take you to the train station. Remember Zermatt is car free and only electric vehicles are allowed. There is an attached restaurant though we never tried it (Breakfast is not served there but in another room.) Again there are other facilites such as sauna but that was not open in the summer

Everything about the hotel was perfect. We walked from the train station just to stretch our legs to find it was an easy walk. The staff was very helpful, the room very clean and bright, breakfast buffet had very good options and the made to order eggs were delicious. We were on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn and saw the seasons first snowfall.

When we were flooded out of Annex Antika, this hotel took us in. The level of care and concern was unbelievable. Staff was so kind, immediately noticed our upset and just took over everything to care for us, even cleaned our muddy clothes and luggage

This hotel is well-maintained. We stayed for 3 nights and we did not encounter any issue during our stay. We booked a room facing the Matterhorn. I must say that it felt surreal waking up to such glorious views. The Family Room is clean and spotless. We also like to commend their restaurant, Spycher, for serving good steak.

Very cosy and stylish hotel downtown in Zermatt. We had a view from the room and even from the pillow to the Matterhorn. Buss stop is some 100 m from the hotel. Clean rooms and all premises. Exeptionally friendly and helpfull staff. Coffee & Tea with lovely cakes served every afternoon in the breakfast room.

My friends and I visited Zermatt for the first time ever, in October 2023. We took 2 mountain-view rooms and were extremely glad that we did! After we arrived at the Zermatt train station, we decided to walk to the hotel on our own because the weather was beautiful, warm and sunny. Guests can opt for transport by an electric vehicle, which costs CHF15 per person, from the train station directly to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel after 10 minutes, walking to this hotel isn't too difficult, as long as your luggage has wheels. The roads are well-paved, you just need to watch out for cyclists and the electric vehicles speeding around the town. This hotel requires guests to check-in on their website, they send you a link via email, a few days prior to your visit here, so you that you can do a pre check-in even before you arrive. I didn't do that, so I did my check-in on the spot in front of the reception counter and was guided step-by-step by the friendly staff. Our rooms were ready, it was around 1pm. The rooms are very clean, has all the amenities of a 4-star hotel, including bathrobes and bedroom slippers, digital safe, hairdryer, coffee machine and basic toiletries. This hotel has a pillow menu, I went to the front desk to get a memory foam latex pillow for myself because I found the down pillows too soft. The room temperature was very comfortable, the rooms are heated by a central heating system, which is controlled by the hotel staff. There are no individual thermostats in the rooms. Our room balconies had unobstructed views of the Matterhorn mountain, the most recognisable mountain in Europe. This was worth every extra penny that we paid for the mountain-view rooms! IMPORTANT NOTE: Not every hotel room in any hotel in Zermatt has unobstructed views of the Matterhorn. If you are a first-time visitor to Zermatt, I recommend that you spend the extra money and get yourself a mountain-view room. This hotel is located away from the main street of Zermatt town, therefore it is very quiet and serene. At the same time, it is within walking distance to the main street, the GornergratBahn railway station, the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise gondola station, to the Matterhorn Museum, and to several excellent restaurants in Zermatt. You can ask the front desk staff for a walking map of Zermatt when you check into this hotel, I asked Christina for advise and restaurant recommendations, and she was most helpful. She gave me 2 maps of Zermatt, one map shows the tourists attractions and the other shows the restaurants. My friends and I dined at the Spycher restaurant, which is connected to this hotel, they serve AMAZING flambe beef and lamb! Our rooms included complimentary breakfast and it was good but not spectacular. You can have pancakes, omelettes and sunny-side eggs cooked to order. We visited Zermatt during autumn shoulder season. Loved the Aristella! We appreciated that the property was located a couple of blocks from the main street because it was whisper quiet at all times. Rooms were ULTRA CLEAN, comfortable and cozy with incredibly appointed bathrooms. We used the jetted tubs in the spa area, which helped with sore muscles after hiking. Found the lounge chairs in the spa area challenging, but what a beautiful view... Extremely helpful staff. In all, just a calm, relaxing place to unwind. Also will review the onsite restaurant separately. It was the best dinner in Zermatt.
