Good location

第一次入住就在reception旁邊的房間，在房間能夠聽到酒店員工與客人的對話，私隱差，房間有露台，景色對正垃圾房行人路，但是都有部份山景，不能夠看見matterhorn.🙁 酒店提供的早餐不錯👍 想訂露台景色就看matterhorn 需要考慮考慮🤔

酒店位置不錯，樓下有家餐廳是希臘🇬🇷主廚，飯菜都做的好吃！酒店房間小了點，可能瑞士都是這樣的，我們三人人加了床後，打開行李有點不太方便，早餐不錯，傳統的歐式早餐，沒有煎蛋，但是有白煮蛋，衞生間大天窗也是醉了，還好山上沒有更高的酒店了，不然真直播了

地理位置很不錯，可以看到巧克力山。

very close to the train station , ski bus and the town center and walking distance to all slopes but there s a small uphill walk to the hotel. We were 4 big adults in a family room for 2 nights, the wooden room was very cosy, neat, clean , comfortable beddings, enough space for our clothes, bathroom was of good size, the balcony has a nice mountainous view . The Shuttle bus was 5 CHF /person , same taxi rate. The staff were helpful, plenty of space to leave luggage before and after checking in. The breakfast was good, good selection of charcuteries, cheeses, pastries, fruits , bread and hot drinks. the waitress was particularly nice and smily . Strongly recommended

The staff was very rude and unhelpful (except for the waitress at breakfast she was so kind.) They constantly seemed bothered by questions, and were often not at the front desk during the day most days we were here. At night, no one staffed the desk, and the hotel leaves keys unattended at the desk with guest names on them for pick up. As a female, this made me uneasy and seems like a safety concern. My last day there was a snow storm most of the town was shut down. But the staff wasn’t even at the desk to help get water/tea from the bar that is supposed to be open 8-16:00. They say they have a shuttle for guest but the first day they weren’t will to pick me up just before 14:00 since they stopped at 14:00, and going back my last day they were shuttling guest for the snow. They acted bothered when I asked them to assist me with booking a tax to the train station. rooms were OK but very small. Wouldn’t recommend staying here largely due to how unhelpful the staff was. You can find similar rates for much better service.

Comfortable family hotel with good buffet breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is made of solid wood, with heated room. On arrival at the train station, we were picked up by a ‘van’ free of charge. Worth booking direct with the hotel instead of via *********** or other booking platform.

We, family of 3 adults from India stayed in this hotel (room #403) for 2 nights. Our purpose was to visit Matterhorn and Gornergrat. Room size was ok and clean. The bathroom was quite large. The breakfast was a standard breakfast with all necessary food available. We had dinner at the Hôtel restaurant one night. The portions were good and we took two portions and shared among three of us. The taste was very good and fresh. The front desk man was very helpful and explained us about the basic tourist spots of Zermatt with connections.

After multiple times yes & no on Zermatt (had single day to spare & were struggling to fit in the itinerary), we decided to finally book our stay here. This was such a lovey find. TA had decent reviews & one of the reasons we booked this was free pick & drop from train station since we had large bags. Booking was smooth. Property is located in a quiet & lovely location away from train & market buzz. Short & beautiful walk to everywhere. Rooms were adequate, not too small or big. With extra bed it may seem a bit compact but it was fine. Balcony was lovely views. Some rooms have Matterhorn view. Unfortunately (actually fortunately) it rained that day so couldn't view Matterhorn from the balcony. But Zermatt is so so beautiful in rains. Zermatt is magical beautiful even if you can't see Matterhorn. We had such a lovely time walking around the town & loved the idyllic setup of this hotel. River next door & peaceful scenic location. Lift yes. Fans no. TV yes. Beds & bathroom comfortable. Nice breakfast, lovey spread, nice breakfast room. Think they had meal service had seen posters in lift. Reception was efficient & friendly. It was also slightly lower rates that other properties around. A really nice find. Highly recommend Zermatt. Hotel holiday for a lovely holiday. .

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff members were excellent, and the half-board option was incredibly convenient for our week-long skiing trip. Both the reception staff and the manager were exceptionally friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Despite our room being located near the reception area, we didn't experience any issues with noise. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was absolutely fantastic.

We have stayed at a number of hotels in Zermatt over the years but found this to be one of the best:. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and dinner. Professional and enthusiastic staff. The Maitre d' in the restaurant and driver who collected us from the station in the hotel taxi deserve special mention. All areas of the hotel were spotless and well furnished. Comfortable lounge/bar. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Hotel Holiday is an updated and nice hotel. The location is a little further away from the Main Street than I would have liked, but it is only a 5 minute walk to the the Sunnega lift. The walk to the Main Street with all of the restaurants and shops is like 8-10 minutes away. The bus stop is a 5minute walk from the hotel and in Zermatt the bus is free. You can take the bus to the Matterhorn Express lift, it is only a 10 minute bus ride or a 15 minute beautiful walk through town. Hotel Holiday has a wonderful breakfast daily, and the restaurant serves dinner too. We ate breakfast everyday at the hotel and had dinner once in the restaurant. The food was always excellent!

I along with my family booked 2 rooms for One night & and totally loved this Swiss chalet hotel with the lovely view of Matterhorn mountain . Mr. Friedmann at the Reception was very helpful and a nice gentleman.. Rooms and breakfast was also very nice and location of the hotel is just perfect in the mountains. I would surely stay here again for my next trip and recommend this hotel to all.
