Room smelt bad. Breakfast bar empty. Tables were dirty. Kids running the halls and loud thumping through the night. Stains on bedding. Walls missing paint. Furniture in room stained.
Most definitely not worth $179 per night.

It was ok. We were tired so got some rest. But there were kids hockey teams in the hotel as well. After 10pm, things settled fown.

The place had a bad smell. The bedding wasn’t clean. The heater/ac wasn’t working properly and was really noisy. The fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. There were soft spots in the floor. Not worth the money.

Booked here at last minute as it was the only property available. Stay was ok, but breakfast was worat ive ever seen at a hotel, and I've stayed at a lot in my lifetime. Breakfast was until 10 and we went down at 9:15.
Coffee was non existant, all hot items were gone except rubbery egg discs, no bread for toast, one peach yogurt remained so my daughter ate that by default.
When I pay almost $200 for a one night stay, I expect an edible, adequately stocked breakfast. Absolutely terrible.

The room smelled musky in the bathroom. The fridge and heater in the room were both very loud.

The toilet drainage system is not good. We had to flush the water many times, the water drained very slowly. The sink is dirty, the trash basket in the water dispenser in the lobby has no one to clean it, it's full and no one empties it, the gym is dirty and dusty. There is not ice to refill .

The heater had a loud squeal. The staff was very friendly though and the location was good.

It seemed ok at first - the first room was nice, then we had to book another night because of the storm and they wanted to put us in a different room - that room had bed bugs and I noticed one crawling around on the bed after all the stuff was unpacked. The staff moved us back into the first room which I appreciated but it was too late, some of the bugs had got onto the stuff, within a week of getting home I started to notice the bedbugs had gotten home and infested some of the living room furniture close to where the suitcases had been sitting. It has cost a lot to get rid of the bedbugs. We had to get zip covers for the beds, get the carpets professionally cleaned, buy products to prevent the bugs from getting into stuff in case there's any left, and the living room furniture had to be discarded - we are still not sure if we might also have to call an exterminator if all the home remedies don't work, so needless to say, this was a very very expensive trip.

This hotel may be a bit dated, but the beds are comfortable, the room clean, and the staff very friendly.
