Had a wonderful stay at Hare-Tabi! I don’t speak Japanese but the staffs were so helpful using body language + translator to make everything happen! Unlike other capsule hotels where you only have a bed size area to yourself, Hare-Tabi allows you with a bit storage/ leg room next to the bed! Not to mention about their free sauna service included in your package ! It provides the best relaxation before/after a day of exploration around Yokohama China town. You will find some quiet time to yourself using their services here. I’m sure you will enjoy the stay or even purely just the sauna service here!

とても綺麗で、清潔な宿泊施設でした！フロント対応も笑顔で気持ちよくご対応いただきました。サウナが時間的に利用出来なかったので、今度は利用指したいです(*^^*)

中華街の中にあるので利便性がとてもいいです。清潔感があり、とても利用しやすかったです。アメニティが３つしか選べなかったのでそこだけ難点でした。でも宿泊に支障がでるわけではないため快適に過ごせました。

従業員の対応がとても良かったです シャワー室もパウダールームも共有ですが、キレイでした

It was a great experience to be here for the ***** New Year! I slept very well and had the sauna package. Everything smells relaxing and calming and healthy. The lighting is soothing. The sauna is gorgeous. Everything was where they said it would be. The staff are very kind. The location is perfectly distanced from the train and walking Yokohama China Town. The amenities are really nice. They held my bags before and after checkout which was a huge help after a long journey. The other people who stayed there weee clean and respectful. It was very quiet and the curtain on my bed pod blacked out the light. I hope I get to come and visit again. This visit was made beautiful because apf hare-Tabi

For a similar experience as a capsule hotel, the inn provides just enough features for a decent pleasant stay. The sauna is a nice added bonus.

Everything was good but the check-in instructions weren't clear. There are two entrances and I waited in front of the wrong one for a long time. There were no proper instructions especially for foreigners at least in English. That's the only issue I had.

Very noise place, hair dry works behind mindnight and also early! Nothing rules

Felt super safe here in the female dorm (key pad for the women’s hall and the building) and had everything I needed. Bathroom was big and super clean. Right near Chinatown and walking distance from Red Brick Warehouse/the pier. Would highly recommend!

Stayed 2 nights. Location is great. Close to JR station, only a 5 minutes away In the China town area. lots of Chinese food around. Place is clean, mattress is comfortable. Not a lot of common space. nothing to complain.

It was an interesting experience. It was my first time using the type of hotel. I was not expecting that.

Great location in Chinatown - 2 different metro stations are pretty nearby. Wifi is a little weak (only 2 bars instead of 3). The chinatown location is lively, but gets quiet at night
