Super friendly and helpful staff . Great food ! Rooms little small but very good size beds . Convenient location, however rooms and hot spring tub little small but super clean .

Like the surrounding area. Many good restaurants nearby. Good location. Breakfast is delicious however few selections only. Overall very satisfied with the breakfast. Kids also enjoyed swimming at the outdoor swimming pool and also hot spring pool. Guests in Wellspring by Silks can also access to the Just Sleep’s facilities

Room Price is bit over rated. But location is perfect. Best part is that they have your own hotspring in room. But facilities are bit old

very good location, nice receptionist, this is my second time to take.
the special thing is they take note about my stay period is my birthday and give my a little birthday gift ..
this is a great offer....oh...also they free upgraded to family suite room for my party (3 rooms)
must go and book again ...

Very nice and big room with own outdoor hotspromg. It’s really good and reasonable price. Their hotel breakfast is very nice and detailed.

Hotel was beautiful with the outdoor private tub. Would book again if we visit Yilan again. Free parking is a plus point!!

Great location for a weekend away from work. The onsen both in the room and outdoors are great for relaxing and loosening up the muscles. The breakfast buffet was ok, quite limited selections in my opinion.
