Prime Hotel Tours

Awful. Bad. On 01.12.2022, I booked a double room (Prime Hotel Tours) in Yerevan, Armenia, for 4 nights. This is not a hotel. A small, old house with several rooms is very unsuitable. Do not be fooled by its photos. It has 4 rooms in total, with only a bed inside. At best, the room temperature is 7 degrees. We asked the manager to raise the temperature of the heater. He said that it is not possible. Gas prices are high. He even had thin blankets. We had to sing at night in sweaters and jackets. There was no extra blanket. till morning room temperature reached -1. The owner leaves the place at 10 p.m, and no one is responsible until 8 a.m. I stayed the first night. I left this hotel on th13th morning, February. But Hotel Manager refused to return the money. he was insulting. I do not recommend such a place at all (do not go to a so-called hotel). Spend a little more and choose a better place.
