The hotel was definitely overwhelmed with being full on the days we stayed. The room service was quite slow.
They were trying their hardest to be responsive, but didn't seem like they were adequately staffed.
The pool looked terrible and we certainly kept the kids away from it.It's a nice place rooms are clean. Towels need to be replaced they were yellowish stained or smelled oily probably used in spa. Otherwise no complaints. Hot water available all the time. Buffet is decent for the price. Car Parking adequate. We used the connecting double bedroom 2 rooms for 4 people - balcony views are limited there was a house next to us in first floor. No valley view.

A decent option given the lack of quality resorts at Yelagiri. But the overall experience has to go a lot up.
Food can be better at the restaurant, breakfast buffet has good options, but lunch/dinner buffet menu is relatively limited.
Swimming pool can be matained better, but otherwise the activities options are good enough.

I stayed with my family at sterling yelagiri.... everything is fabulous...the ambience, room, food, resort facilities, services by Mr.Pratheesh and team is excellent I would strongly recommend sterling yelagiri to everyone for lifetime experience... Thank you so much

Sterling hotel was a very good choice of ours. The hospitality of the staff was very Good.Ezpecially Mr. Pratish was very co operative. He take care of our all needs towards business meeting in a very professional way. I would recommend others to come here . Thanks Anand

Sterling resorts in Yelagiri was very good. Swimming pool was really maintained well and for family it’s a perfect stay. pratheesh - ***ager was very helpful and Co-ordinates everything last mint perfectly. Thanks for all the help and highly recommend for family n kids stay

The spa was good and the staff were helpful in that jemey's service was very courteous Thank you for the service The food was good and the cleaning staff did a good job . Also th we there is a toddler friendly play area ,indoor play zone and a swimming pool

Hotel was good ..Food was excellent.They hv a amenities it was Awesome ..I did spa here..Mdm Jemi was doing for me..She did massage ..My pain was reduced n feeling better and she has given nice tips to takecare of my health..Thank you Jemi mdm. Wanted to Improve: From the hotel they can give some guidance for sightseeing to explore. We planned only 1 nights 2 days.. Otherwise everything s very good..

First time Kerala Ayurvedic Massage experience,at the Spa here at Sterling resort Yelagiri. Fantastic!! Jemey Shankar did a wonderful job of getting rid of my aches n joint pains.Very relaxing massage.ling Highly recommend this lady.She's very good at her job.

Excellent and comfortable stay. Very kids friendly places like pools and games rooms. The food was tasty and had varieties as always. The setup of the rooms was easy for all of us to navigate. Thanks to Mr.Pratheesh, Ms. Nisha, Mr.Abdullah for making our stay memorable.
