Omer Prime Holiday Resort

My favorite hotel is Ömer holiday resort. It's the hotel I've stayed in the most for many reasons. The most important reason why I like it is that the staff is friendly, the food is delicious and they are meticulous about cleanliness. It is especially nice to eat with the view. The interior design of the hotel gives peace of mind. Finally, I was very impressed by the hospitality of a hotel where you will feel like home. I have no hesitation in recommending everyone to visit and try this unique hotel

The resort is not too bad if you are wanting to relax and recharge, which is what we needed after the last 3yrs. I would say that the whole resort could do with an upgrade as its looking rather outdated but considering what we have paid for the 10nights I'm not grumbling. The rooms are ok but in definite need of refurbishment/update and a good clean as the showers have some mould in the grout work, and the wood on bottom of bathroom door seems to be badly water damaged, the beds are really hard which if you are not used to that can start to get uncomfortable. It does seem that this resort is favoured by mostly Russian families and can seem a bit off putting as they don't seem the friendliest of people, I could be wrong, but we were the only English-speaking couple here, and possibly for some travellers could spoil their holiday. There is a variety of food (buffet style) and very fresh, and it hasn't given us any problems. The beach is nice and the area for swimming in the sea is great as it is very shallow so ideal for everyone. The hotel that is next to this resort has live entertainment nearly every night and very loud this goes on till 1am, so if your room is near pool area then it can be a problem for people with young kids, there didn't seem to be any entertainment for children like kid's club and there was no evening entertainment, whether this is because it was coming to end of season, we were not sure. Only one bar open of an evening which is the Lobby bar and not much seating. If you want a drink after 11pm there is a small bar type area, but you have pay as this is not included within an all-inclusive package. The coach drive from airport to complex is not too bad just over an hour transfer which is ok, but you are just dropped off at the main gates and left to search for reception, which during the daytime is not a problem but when its dark not many staff around and arriving late there is nothing to eat or drink as restaurant and bars were closed. Ther was no easyJet rep at this resort, so booking or finding out about excursions is a problem all we got told was that there are taxis out by the front gates. We had problems when we were trying to find out about the departure transfer as there was nothing on the system so if travelling with easyJet make sure everything is all booked.

Poor condition of room .Nobody listen to you.No internet , no fitness room , no biliard ( all are in describe).Just looking the picture .They offer a small little house for 5 person just to laught about us .This place it must closed I d ont want to talk about restaurant floor from wood .Missing parts Somebody slip the foot into .Everyday are problems at reception Many people make complains and they bring bodyguards to escort them aut .

Kızımla bayram tatilinde gittik. Restirandaki yemek çeşitliliği tatlıları ile çok memnun kaldık.Ozellikle Cüneyt beyin ilgisi müşteri odaklı olması bizim her sene oraya gitmemizi sağlayacak. Konumu güzel odalar biraz eski ama idare eder. Denize yakın olması odaların rahat. Havuzunu sevmedik otele göre küçük.yemek saatleri çok çay saatinde nefis kurabiyeleri var. Aç kalmazsiniz:)Snack bari hamburgeri çok iyi..Tavsiye ederiz.

Omer holiday resort 15 20 temmuz arası 4 kişilik aile olarak geldik.ilker uzun bey her konuda yardımcı oldu.tum sorunlarımızı çözdü.kendisine buradan teşekkür ederiz. Onun sayesinde bir aile olarak arkadaşlarımız da geldi. Tatilbudur un bu tarz personeller ile çalışması çok güzel.

The bungalow where I was placed was decent , spacious, clean and not things broken. The bathroom was clean a little problem with shower door but it was solved. The staff is polite and you can communicate with them whenever you need. A little problem with the internet, you need to be at lobby bar, but sometimes you need to get out from social media to relax.

very poor standard, I was in a bungalow with 3 children, the bathroom was terrible, the ceiling was mushy, a general tragedy. I do not recommend. VERY DIRTY CHILDREN'S POOL. CUTLERY OFTEN MISCELLANEOUS.

1. Из плюсов: природный прямо заповедник! Дома строили прямо вокруг деревьев, т.е. дерево посреди номера это норма))) по мне так кайф, особенно понравились двухэтажные номера. 2. Нет волн и мелко : идеально для маленьких детей. 3. Свой собственный пункт водного спорта (развлечения а ля банана или гидроцикл, втридорога) . Всё. Минусы: Нет спортзала, номера подуставшие, но не рухлядь, жить можно, питание скудное, ноиголодными не останетесь. Запах канализации на втором этаже нон-стоп. Это провал. Мини диско так себе, программа шоу тайм - просто забудьте, её почти нет. В некоторые дни тупо не проводится. Нет диско, нет анимации днем практически совсем. Иногда можно поиграть в водное поло. Кстати, единственное что держит отель на 4 звезды, точнее вытягивает , - это персонал, очень френдли и стараются сделать ваш отдых приятным. Отличные кальяны за 850 рублей и прочее - на очень красивом променаде длиной всего 30 метров, но оно есть! Стоит ли своих денег? Наверное да, но картинки как всегда красочнее реальности, увы.
