Tui Magic Life Africana

J'ai récemment séjourné à l'Hôtel Tui Magic life lors d'un voyage d'affaires et j'ai été extrêmement satisfait de mon expérience. Situé idéalement en plein cœur du centre-ville, cet hôtel offre un accès facile aux principales attractions touristiques ainsi qu'aux quartiers d'affaires. Les installations de l'hôtel sont modernes et bien entretenues. Ma chambre était spacieuse, propre et joliment décorée, offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, assurant des nuits de sommeil réparatrices après de longues journées de travail. Le service à la clientèle était exceptionnel. Le personnel de la réception était chaleureux, professionnel et toujours prêt à répondre à mes demandes. Le service en chambre était rapide et efficace, et le personnel du restaurant était attentif à mes besoins pendant mes repas. De plus, l'hôtel propose une gamme d'installations et de services pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable, notamment une salle de sport bien équipée, un spa relaxant et un délicieux petit-déjeuner buffet avec une variété d'options pour tous les goûts. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour à l'Hôtel a été fantastique et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement de qualité lors de leur visite dans la région. J'ai hâte d'y retourner lors de mon prochain voyage

the stay was great, very beautiful surroundings and the staff there is also super cool, the animation was given by kamel, a really motivated person I played the game boccia. In the beginning I wasn't good at it. But Kamel showed me how to play and then it was better. the view from the hotel was just so beautiful. top holiday definitely recommended

From the minute you get off the transfer coach the service is non stop , the hotel was far better than our preconceived ideas , . Rooms spacious clean mini fridge topped up daily sheets and towels changed daily room tidied up . Food/drink food was indescribable so much to chose from even for a fussy eater like me the themed restaurants were ok my favourite was “downtown “ by Magico was hard to beat and the desserts well I need to diet !!! Drinks were good quality and the staff in bars and restaurants all work very hard putting huge smiles on their faces even when some customers seem to leave manners and respect at home ! Entertainment team do their job well mix with guests fun and happy and the children’s club workers have patience I’d wish I had !! There are a few down things the adult relax pool could do with a bit of tlc (tiles missing and grouting) two broken toilet seats ( captain bar & relax pool) and lastly control of kids after 9pm ( that’s more to do with the parents than hotel All in all it’s a amazing hotel that I recommend and can’t wait to return to x x

Ok so here is some info I wish we knew before we went… take plenty of sterling:euro etc… the hotel will exchange cash but doesn’t have a cash back or atm… it’s a long hot and hassling walk to the marina where the bank is so just take your own currency and change it in small amounts. Download the app and have a look at activities, there are loads to do but more aimed at adults than children. The hotel is very big but spread enough to not feel crowded, the food is great, we tried downtown and the Italian but not as good as the main restaurant in my opinion. Plenty of bars and the staff are amazing, in all locations - very helpful and friendly. Some downsides; there isn’t much around if you go for a wander (not that we did this much with 2 children) The room was spacious and lovely but the walk in shower was slow to drain and flooded a lot. We did report but it didn’t resolve and speaking to others seems to be a common issue with slow drainage. The entertainment in the evenings was a little relative and kids disco was only half hour so not much time for them to enjoy themselves. The day time entertainment round the pool etc was all geared for adults really, and finally the pools (of which there are plenty) seemed clean and well maintained however left our little ones with feet covered in cuts etc after 10 days so I’d suggest pool shoes for small ones. On the whole lovely holiday and hotel staff make it that bit extra… gripes are only small :) but I wish we had known about the walk to the cash machine 😂

If I could give this place 6stars I would the staff are absolutely fantastic.they are so polite and would bend over back wards to help you .what a a fantastic place. I will be booking this place again.i have been to Tunis a few times this place is is the best

Well where do i start 10 out of 10 This hotel is so clean tidy & organised the workers just cant do enough for you fcoffee at 6.30am to breakfast at 7.30 to entertainment & reception staff but best of all hedi All i can say is amazing always greeted people with a smile always helping guests if had problems to speaking to guest to working at night just works so hard Recommend this hotel anytime of year Everyone well come

This is a Honest Review For My Trip Family Of 3 (32, 10 & 7) Having done previous Tui hotels like tui blue was looking forward to trying the magic life. Travelling with my 2 children I thought there would be plenty for them to do however we were disappointed. Room : Great rooms no complaints at all bed a little hard but that's personal preference. Our shower temp did keep going hot and cold we asked someone to come and look they said it was fixed it wasn't but I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of asking again. Otherwise pressure etc is great and a decent night sleep! 😴 Beach : The beach is beautiful! There are people from outside the hotel that will be trying to sell you stuff so just be ready to keep saying no thank you. We did book our quads with a guy on the beach which was a decent trip. Plenty of sun loungers and space. ⛱️ Pools : All the outdoor pools are great you must do the slides they are fab and kids loved them. The slides arent open all day 2 hrs in morning and 2 in afternoon!!! Warm pool is beautiful! We had no issues with getting a bed around the pool either. I would pre warn you around the bigger pool with the goals there are stubs of metal I think from old umbrellas in the ground kids stubbed their toes a few times and I stood on it not the most pleasant! Otherwise pools are great take a floaty if you can the animation team can inflate it for you save you buying one here.🏊 Food & Drink : Food was lovely and something for everyone! All the food is fresh and cooked to a high standard. Snack bar is great for a sit down lunch. Can be a little wait at the bar at times and no pool service. No slushes if that's something you want on holiday. It says 24hr all inclusive however it's basically a sandwich at the bar or fruit and drinks so was disappointing although I'm also not sure what I was expecting. Entertainment : MOST OF THE STUFF IS ALL FOR 16+ this was the most disappointing thing for us as a family! All the have is the kids club and mine would have had to be in different clubs and rather be by the pool doing the darts or water polo etc however they weren't allowed to participate!! Literally my son who's 10 couldn't do darts, waterpolo, football(unless was the family football), shuffle board, beach volley etc and some activities cross over. You weren't allowed in the park when the kids club was closed never had that before at a hotel. The night shows are good and typical holiday shows although the atmosphere is FLAT at the captains bar in the evening again it's very adult like and not family friendly. Foam party is prob the best thing for the family great wear sunglasses and take a towel with you. Banana boat at 11 is good also for the kids. I would say this is more of a 16+ hotel unless you have a chil 3-5 that likes a kids club anyone with kids 7-15 may struggle! Again this is my view travelling with 2 kids 7 & 10. I recieved a beautiful and renovated room. Nothing to complain about. Guest service, he was friendly and helpful with everything you needed. The entertainers came to ask If you wanne play the games or sports. I played the games with Kamel, he did boccia, shuffle, aperitive game and many more. He was always 100% full of energy and always encouraging the people to play. He gave tips how you could play the games. The fun and good part is that he also plays with the guests during the games. Terrific Tunisia! Had a wonderful time at this hotel; it’s not that far from the airport and we arranged a pick up and it took about 30’mins. It’s right on the beach, beach bar serving toasted sandwiches and drinks. Large restaurant with a wide range of choice. The a la carte where good; wouldn’t be disappointed if I didn’t go though as the food is very similar to what you can get in the buffet. Drinks are plentiful; you ask for a glass of wine and you get a bottle! Same with the water and soft drinks. The swimming pools are really nice; not heated but fine once you get in. Room was a large size. Entertainment was good and the kids club was too; we didn’t leave our daughter but she visited- the staff work so hard they are With the kids about 12 hours a day! There’s a small town to have a look Around: there’s a water park and a small amusement park. The local restaurants are really nice. Excursions; def go to the zoo and Zulu African dinner- i was a bit reluctant as I thought the animals might not be kept in good conditions but it was really nice- the lions have a massive high walk way which is amazing and the dancing and dinner was great too. We also did quad biking: go at 4.30pm so you get the sunset! Had a great relaxing time away and would highly recommend this hotel! Please tip the staff; they all work so hard!
