Hotel staffs are helpful & friendly. The hotel is near high speed train station. We only take 5 mins with taxi ride to reach hotel. There is a bus stop just right in front of hotel.

A very nice and cozy hotel with very spacious room and amenities are available nearby.

Really great room looks luxurious and free laundry i felt comfortable . probably go back again next time i visit love it so much

The hotel only served chinese breakfast. The location is not good, i thought that it was in the coast and doesn't it.

I needed a short little weekend getaway to clear my head so I came to Yantai to walk by the sea. Big comfy queen bed and about a dozen pillows to make my own fort.

The hotel is very clean and calm. the towels in the rooms are changed every day, the staff is professional and nice and also the location is near everything in Yantai. I recommend booking this hotel.

Beautiful! I wasn’t expecting the hotel to look this good . The city looks old . But I did enjoy my stay. Breakfast wasn’t so good, didn’t taste fresh

This Hotel is an absolute gem. The rooms are modern, spacious and beds are super comfy. One of the best hotels I've stayed in China. The staff don't speak any English, but with translation it's easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel. It is close to Yantai hill/peak and close to the beach. There is a restaurant/bar (like 1km) near this hotel, called Chris restaurant & Bar. Their food is Western style and soooooo delicious.

This is an international hotel. The room was very big and clean. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel is not far from the sea and has easy access to many attractions. The hotel looks very cool and I am looking forward to my next stay now.

Room is clean and complete with all the basic necessities. Design and arrangement of the room is quite unique. I like it.

Good: 1. The only reason I chose this hotel is the convenient location. It's easy to go anywhere in the center of the city. 2. Bedding was clean. To be improved: 1. The drier in the self-service laundry room was awfully dirty. I felt the filter had NEVER been cleaned. When I removed the filter from the drier, it was full of fabric debris and mold. I spent 5 minutes to clean it with a tooth brush before use. I guess the hotel didn't know that the filter should be cleaned each use or at least everyday, maybe because driers are not commonly used in China. However, if you have one in use, you should know the correct maintenance! 2. There were some mistakes of documentation/operation of the hotel. We changed our room for the last day of our stay (we had two bookings with the same hotel in a row), but the hotel didn't complete the registration from their end. They sent a "no show" notice to ctrip the agency after they helped us transfer to the new room of the 2nd booking. In addition, when we checked out, we returned the room key to the front desk in person. The front desk didn't tell us that there was a pending payment under our name but let us go. Later, the hotel sent a "no payment" notice to ctrip. We were already back to Canada so hard to find a way to make a payment. Ctrip had to deduct it from our security deposit. The hotel's management should be improved to do things correctly rather than sending all the wrong messages to client/agency.
