Excellent stay, super friendly staff who helped with anything and always available on wechat. Clean rooms, great breakfast and amazing views.

Zen Garden was our most remote hotel during our China tour. The location is undeniably beautiful, offering stunning views of the hills and mountains. However, despite receiving an upgrade after the first night, we found the price-quality ratio unsatisfactory. We paid the same amount for our stay in a five-star hotel the following day in Nanjing, which provided a significantly better room and breakfast. Since its opening in 2017, the hotel appears to have undergone little to no maintenance. There is noticeable wear and tear on the building, and the toilet emitted a strong sewage odor, which was quite unpleasant. Communication was a challenge as Cindy was the only staff member who spoke English properly. When she wasn't available, it was difficult to communicate in person. Fortunately, the WeChat communication was an excellent alternative and made things easier. On a positive note, the afternoon tea and dinner were quite good, offering healthy and fresh options. Breakfast was very limited and none Western options except an egg and white toast with butter. The complimentary zen shoot was a nice touch, although it was apparent that it was the photographer's first time conducting such a shoot. We were particularly disappointed with the spa. The treatments were much different than expected, lacking the luxury and expertise typically associated with such high prices. Additionally, the cost for two people was almost the same as the room rate, which we found unreasonable. Overall, while Zen Garden's location and some amenities were enjoyable, the lack of maintenance, high prices, and communication difficulties detracted from our experience. With all the new buildings in the same area, there are better options.

We had a very pleasant stay at Zen Garden Resort. The staff are very kind and helpful, and can arrange free shuttles to anywhere within 7km of the Resort (which is close enough for several attractions and Yangshuo town). The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. We particularly enjoyed the incense and tea in the room which set a very relaxing mood. The Resort also offers a range of activities like breathing meditations in the morning and lantern decorating at night which we enjoyed. The restaurant was especially excellent for all meals, and even provide free afternoon tea from 3-4pm. The fat cat in the lobby, Baozi, and the small dogs were lovely to have around. It’s within about 10-20 minutes drive away from most attractions the area, but there are also some nice walks you can do around the Resort. A bit on the expensive side, but you will definitely have a good time here.

All staffs is very very kind, and everything was good for us.

The hotel is situated about 200 metres behind the Yulong river and nested in a quiet village, tucked not too far away from the tourist attractions of the Shili Hualang 十里画廊. The scenery is great and generally very, very calm. The management team is extremely helpful and friendly, even when we left a few items bought from them, we got a full refund quickly as it was the most convenient for us. Great for vegetarian - the hotel runs a good vegetarian (Chinese) options. Their western options are really limited to toast and butter served with coffee. Great if you are ok with a Chinese menu. We loved their cat, 包子 the most. The cute and chubby Garfield cat enjoys Yangshuo more than anyone there. Unfortunately their pool was under renovation during the hot weather season while we were there. Otherwise it could've been even better. Generally clean rooms. Great for couples, retirees and young families.

酒店環境很棒，大堂陳設藴含禪意，房間180度觀景陽台，坐看無敵山色。餐廳菜品都是當地新鮮食材，素菜味道也很好。員工都很熱情親切，禪養活動小孩很喜歡。

朋友推薦的，這酒店真的讓人意想不到了，簡直是“內秀”。我們剛到店裡，正好下午三點鐘，碰上了下午茶，吃了下午茶休息了下，晚上看了印象劉三姐。這讓我很驚喜的是，酒店房間這麼貼心，有中葯泡腳包、睡眠檀香，實在貼心。我和朋友在店裡住兩天，本來就想着找一個安靜的地方休息，沒想到這個店推出了「書院生活」 旅修療愈套餐，上午有晨練八段錦、隔天有瑜伽；下午有靜心抄經，晚上有宋式點茶、非遺制香、非遺手製香囊，活動太豐富了，除了看印象，其他時間都呆在店裡，我和朋友實在不想回城市上班了，太舒服了，心靜了很多。早餐也很豐富，下午茶是自己做的，不甜膩，食材很健康，吃住玩都在店裡了。還有禪拍調理，最近肩頸很不舒服，頭很疼，禪拍後，身上特別熱，身上一下子舒展了很多，還有開運臉、頭療，我看有好多活動哈。一下子，寫了這麼長，先聲明我不是託哈，是這家店服務太貼心了，太多中式活動，第一次感受到這麼貼心的服務和活動，荷花也開始開了，酒店外面風景特別美，強烈推薦這個時間來遊玩，人很少。也希望這家店可以堅持做下去，越來越火

景觀超級棒，天台還能看日出日落。 房間很舒服，床品很好。整個酒店裝修充滿禪意，很治癒，狗狗很可愛，也很治癒。管家小哥拍照技術真的很棒。各位服務人員也熱情款待。 還有前台無限暢飲的薑茶，很祛濕。

這是第二次來了，主要為了廚師。陽朔這邊真沒什麼好吃的，到處都是啤酒魚。竹窗細雨的炒菜都不錯，茶油小炒肉，我兒子評價為他吃過的最佳。 本來很喜歡大堂開窗借景的設計，這次擺了書櫃擋住了，實在可惜。

非常好的養生休閑度假勝地，環境優雅舒適，自帶停車場非常方便。餐廳早餐、下午茶，晚餐都非常好吃。

總體來説體驗感很好， 服務很貼心，一到酒店就一杯姜棗茶，中午提供小茶點，早上有豐富天然的早餐，在房間還配有泡腳桶讓我們放鬆一下，設施很齊備，相信夏天來會更美，到時有荷花盛開 [玫瑰]

總體來説非常滿意，服務熱情周到，設施貼心，酒店風格和環境協調。最喜歡的2個細節：1.飲用水發放充足，早餐每天不重樣。2.在洗漱用品配給上傳遞環保理念。但有一點不好，離店時前台讓等一會説為了確認房間有沒有我們遺落的東西，但誰都知道其實是檢查我們有沒有拿房間東西。。大道至簡，最深的套路是真誠，建議這塊説辭可進行調整。
