I would not recommend to travellers. The pool was nice, the bed was comfy and there was enough space. However, the room we got was not clean. There were marks and stains on the wall, we assumed dead bugs that had not been cleaned. We asked for them to look at the walls to be cleaned, with no change on our return. The hallways to the rooms smell like people have been smoking and the floors were dark and dirty. Reception wasn't that helpful with information. We asked about a laundry service and they said they didn't know. We were just browsing the restaurant menu and they said there's no food available. However, they did direct us to a hospital, for a test, and showed us where we could charge our scooters (hired from downtown). I would not recommend. There are better place you can get for the price and closer to town that are more clean. Would not stay again.

The location is close to the road so can be a bit noisy at night, but it also has a nice view , cool pool, overall relaxing stay.

The environment of the hotel is very quiet and clean, the room is quit clean as well, but of course they could still do a bit better for the maintenance. The pool was very clean and had an amazing scenery. We can speak Chinese and the hotel staff were very helpful and nice to us. Always booked the tickets in advance with cheaper price for us and gave us advice. You can also rent bikes from them and they are good and handy! In general I recommend this hotel! Enjoy your stay:)

I was hoping I could use the swimming pool but there wasn’t any water in the swimming pool. Breakfast is not good, as they only serve Guilin noodles, with an egg and soy beans milk , and three baby tomatoes . The room is comfortable but the location is terrible and there is no view at all in the hotel. Staff is very kind and friendly. Smoking smell is all over the hotel and the corridors are with carpet in really damaged condition. The shuttle service works well to pick up and drop at the west street , only problem is sometimes when we called he said 10 minutos but it takes about 35 minutes. The cats and dogs in the hotel are cute and unfortunately there was a huge spiderweb in the stairs between the first and second floor.

We had such a lovely stay. The staff was very friendly and attended to our many questions and requests. The hotel hosted a free baberque for the tenants and an outdoor movie screening which was quite lovely. The only problem for us was the breakfast which was the same every day. Our room also didn’t have a fridge which meant we had to keep our stuff in the fridge in the restaurant

The room and the swimming pool were very nice. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful
