Cơ sở vật chất, dịch vụ, môi trường, cảnh quan và thiết kế ẩm thực đều đạt tiêu chuẩn hạng W, đặc biệt là dịch vụ. Từ lúc nhận phòng đến khi trả phòng, tất cả nhân viên khách sạn mà tôi tiếp xúc đều cực kỳ chuyên nghiệp và có tinh thần phục vụ cao. Đó là một trải nghiệm du lịch hoàn hảo. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ ở lại đây lần sau khi đến Tây An.

Tôi nghe nói W Tây An là khách sạn W lớn nhất và sang trọng nhất Châu Á hiện nay, và hôm đó cũng là sinh nhật bạn tôi nên tôi bắt đầu chuyến đi ba ngày đến Tây An. Cô Zhuzhu, giám sát lễ tân, đã liên hệ với chúng tôi trước và hỏi về nhu cầu chỗ ở của chúng tôi. Cô ấy biết hôm đó là sinh nhật bạn tôi nên đã đặc biệt chuẩn bị bánh và đồ trang trí sinh nhật. Cô ấy cũng đã nâng cấp loại phòng cho chúng tôi. Thái độ phục vụ của cô ấy rất tốt. Vì tôi và bạn tôi đến sớm nên họ đã chu đáo sắp xếp việc nhận phòng trước cho chúng tôi. N*** khi bước vào sảnh, chúng tôi cảm nhận được không khí thời trang, sự giao thoa giữa truyền thống và nghệ thuật hiện đại được phản ánh ở khắp mọi nơi. Vì chúng tôi thích ở tầng cao nên Zhuzhu đã sắp xếp cho chúng tôi một phòng ở tầng cao có tầm nhìn đẹp. Ban công rất rộng rãi và lý tưởng để chụp ảnh. Các phòng rất sạch sẽ và giường được dọn và giặt sạch mỗi ngày. Nhìn chung, đó là một trải nghiệm rất thỏa mãn và bất ngờ! Nếu có cơ hội quay lại Tây An trong tương lai, tôi chắc chắn sẽ lại chọn W Hotel Tây An!

Needless to say. W series of hotels live up to their name. This outlet here in XI’an has superb amazing architectural designs. The colours, the designs everything was so perfect. The room is big and beautiful with a balcony. The gym is well equipped as well. There was a few restaurants beside the hotel. If u can walk around 15mins u can reach a big shopping centre. Will definitely come back this hotel again!

Beautiful hotel super modern and very “chic” … rooms are like piece of art ! So comfortable and big ! Breakfast buffet is incredible and swimming pool with to stay few hours ! Excellent experience … maybe .. what missing a kids area ! (Playground !) .

Beautiful hotel with a very accommodating team. The location is a little far from most attractions, but it was worth it considering how great the hotel room was.

Xi’an was very clean and the air was clear. Though the air was dry, my lips and mouth never cracked! There were beautiful festivals with glowing lights. We stayed in a quiet, family owned hotel, and they were kind and wonderful! They prepared us fresh oranges and grapes and they were so sweet.  the hotel was located in a long alleyway field with small stores that either sold jewelry, fruits, clothes, etc. There were also restaurants filled with delicious foods and great view. There are many animals roaming around, but they didn’t buy it and were very affectionate. The people around us wore traditional clothes. We dressed up in traditional clothes and the staff did our makeup. We took photos in the afternoon were there was a beautiful sunset. I would definitely recommend going to Xi’an where everyone is kind, there are friendly animals, delicious food, and great views! 

Great location, amazing service! This hotel has a wonderful lakeside park right next to it.

Very strong design, but different from all the rest - 

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. The pool is simply amazing and the overall service was excellent. Location was away from the main area but taxis didi readily available.
