Best Hotel in china We got help with the bocking of the hua shan. We were able to check out late with no problem.

The location was excellent and the hotel staff helped us book travel to and from attractions. It's kept clean and breakfast had a vast variety of foods to choose from.

One of my favourite hotels in many years. Location was perfect and the room very well equipped modern and extremely comfortable. Robes, teas, toiletries and lighting effects all commensurate with a high quality hotel. The reception area is lovely with delicious free teas and a coffee machine. What set this hotel apart however was the staff- they bent over backwards to help us at every turn. Answering every request and question promptly and efficiently and going over and above in terms of service. I would return in a heartbeat!!!

I check in the hotel at 13:00(06/Nov/23),Ms Sūn(?)at front desk was so friendly and very helpful. She help me make a phone call to courier and received my delivery. The room was comfortable and very very very clean. particularly for a mid town hotel,hotel is right on the edge of "Bell Tower" on Xi An.I loved the convenience of this location. Best reason to stay here is lots of nice place to visit nd enjoy,who like shopping,local dishes, food stalls,night club(there is many options there) ...all within walking distance everthing was perfect, nothing bad at all to say nd I hope to stay here again. Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We visited as a family of four and hotel was fine with us booking a room with two double beds meant for three adults. Room was spacious, clean and well served with amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel was well managed and clean. Reception staff helpful and quick to serve. Reception also had refreshments. Breakfast had a full range of Asian and western food in buffet style, lots to choose from. Location is great for seeing the city and very close to the wall, towers etc.

This Hotel is just PERFECT!!! It was the best stay I ever had in a hotel. 10/10 for service, cleanliness, amenities, location...everything was outstanding! Thank you Crystal Hotel for making my stay in Xi'an comfortable and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's planning on going to Xi'an. The location is close to the scenic areas and the staff help me to arrange a car to take me to the Terra-Cotta Warriors and to pick me up and drop-off at the airport. They do attend to all your needs and are very helpful, the rooms are big ans clean the bed is comfortable and the view on the balcony is impeccable. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

設施：齊全 衞生：舒適 環境：優雅 服務：特別親和力和温柔，熱情好客。 位置絕佳，前面是鐘樓，後面是sip, 王府井百貨和其他兩個大百貨廣場，左邊湘子廟街和浪漫酒吧街，右邊騾馬市年輕人清吧酒吧好吃的廣場夜市。酒店臨街的窗下就是城門機車集結點，晚上可以下樓看摩託車跑車，聊天認識朋友。以上全部是走路10-15分鐘即可到達。價格很划算，唯一建議怕吵的遊客住背街。在旅遊中心地帶來説我認為性價比非常優秀。比起上海深圳這些地方，我覺得西安這個位置酒店可以作為首選。

一開始定了另外一家600多的，體驗非常糟糕，朋友推薦後來了桔子水晶，各方面都超讚！ 設施：非常齊全，對於出差人士來説、超級友好，洗衣和烘乾全天24小時可用。而且提供了洗衣液、柔順劑，也考慮到了衞生問題，有消毒劑。房間的設施也很齊全，水放了四大瓶500ml的，還有minibar，一個手沖咖啡挺好玩。 服務：前台小哥哥和小姐姐都很熱情，辦理入住超快！並且並且，今天西安真的很熱，退房的時候還給我們送了兩瓶小的水，真的很贊。 環境：周邊出行很方便，吃喝玩樂一體。性價比真的太高了。

除了位置好，早飯還可以之外沒什麼別的優點，整個酒店都有股淡淡的臭垃圾味，房間更甚開着窗稍微淡點但是又很吵，關上窗很安靜但是有股很濃的下水道臭，入住的第一間房就有很嗆人的煙味，第二間一進門是香的，不到十分鐘立馬打回原型，我媽有過敏性鼻炎半夜就開始抽鼻子打噴嚏，廁所和洗澡間都味道巨重！ 房間設施不舊但是用洗手枱洗臉會碰頭，關開關也要摸索一下，要麼低一下頭，床和電視櫃的過道就衹能一個人走，來回走路必須一個人讓一下！住的非常糟心，行李箱也沒地方放衹能放在兩張床中間，兩個人都要拿點東西走路來回撞！房間的佈局很壓抑，因為電視櫃離床是在太近了，睡在床上感覺被電視櫃那面牆壓着的感覺，這點讓我很接受不了！ 地鐵站離的也不算近，700多米。 後來還好衹定了一晚，第二天立馬換酒店了，真沒必要為了位置住這家！攜程我就評論過幾家，一直都嫌麻煩，這次真接受不了！！ 各位定之前多做做攻略吧，或者換個房型看看！！！

房間都是智能家居，房間乾淨整潔， 雙床房的環境還是很安靜的，旁邊就是鐘樓和鼓樓，還有古城牆，回民街，走過去逛街就可以了。這個酒店給人感覺很高大上，被子也很乾爽，家電很新。住的很舒服的。孩子喜歡和裏面的智能機器人聊天。 還給小孩準備了一次性的質量很好的小童牙刷，拖鞋 。進店伴手禮也很贊
