I had an overall great experience at Titan Hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, very clean and comfortable for my needs. The air conditioning was not working due to it being spring time and I was told it would start working in 2 weeks after my stay. Luckily the windows did open and it was a cool breeze that would come in. My only suggestion to the hotel was not to put guest that smoke on the same floor as the non smoking. In China many many people smoke. The hallway may have had the scent of smoke but my room never smelled like it. Otherwise this hotel was great near a metro station. Also the breakfast was great.

We came from England visiting Xi’an where we used to work and live 30 years ago. We originally booked four nights, and then extended one more night without hassle. The location, the bedding and the room service were all excellent. We were welcomed in our room with a basket of various snacks. We were provided with several bottles of drinking water every day, all to our great pleasure. The room was spacious. we were really very happy to have chosen this hotel. Thanks to the management and all the staff who have made our stay a memorable one.

I like the hotel very much it's very clean and Ellen Zhang is very nice and she helped me whenever i need something i like it so much i will always come to this hotel 🥰❤️

First of all, my room was upgraded to King Size upon check-in, and it was really huge. Then I realized there must be something wrong with the AC (or was I simply too ignorant to operate it), anyway, it wasn't a problem for long because I simply opened the windows. The front desk was nice and spoke to me in English so it made things easier to check-in. The cleaning ladies were also very kind and made sure my room was clean and tioletries refilled. Finally, it's a few steps away from the metro! Great value for money, will definitely stay again in the future!

Great breakfast. Very comfortable room, although perhaps some very minor repairs needed. Staff very nice. We were very happy to be able to have windows open, and the room has a small fridge. Located next door to metro station Yuxiangmen Line 1, giving easy access to Xiang Nortn/High Speed Rail station and airport., Bell Tower and other popular sites. Giant wall surrounding tbe original city only a 150m away. Walking the area is very easy, and pleasant.

It was great. Friendly staff, great location, cleanliness is top notch. Breakfast was great, and staff went out of their way to make this a great visit. This is just one more reason to love the city of Xi’an.

First I want to say that I LOVE this hotel and my wife and I did not want to leave. The service was great and the bed was the softest most comfortable bed in all of China. It was juuuust right. The location was not horrible by now means, but it wasn’t the best either. It is on line one but most attractions are on line two. Your about a 30 minute walk to the nearest attraction and over an hour to others. This was not a huge problem though and you could easily see the wall across the street from our window. The bar was closed due to covid, which I found weird but that’s ok. The restaurant was out of most on the menu and I honestly found it as the lowest part of the hotel overall. If you don’t mind staying a little bit away from attractions, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Staff were very efficient. Room was huge and clean enough however the bathroom smelt. Had a room facing the road, thought the busses were parking in the room-very noisy. Location is fine to see all the sights, easy for metro, taxi or bike. Pay a bit extra and stay in a brand name hotel.

酒店很滿意，在西安城牆附近，出行很方便。酒店房間也很滿意，入住前大堂副理賀經理還特意打電話過來問詢入住時間，給我們升級了套房，房間很大很寬敞，前台服務員態度也很好，看我們帶着孩子還送了西安紀念品和小禮物。去二樓餐廳吃了早餐和晚餐，餐廳服務員也服務很熱情。非常愉快的一次入住體驗！

第一次帶孩子去西安旅遊，前台賀經理接待的我們，服務非常熱情且周到，給我們送了小點心和西安景點推介卡，還給小朋友送了伴手禮，感受到了西安朋友的熱情，房間也非常乾淨衞生，住得非常愜意，下次去還會選擇這家酒店！

這次五一西安之旅最出乎意外的是這次入住的酒店！因為是晚上到達，前台郭經理非常細心的接待我們，因為此行帶兩家小盆友出來預訂了城景套房，還幫我們升級了房型（不得不説夜景非常漂亮，窗外就是城牆夜景）郭經理提前給孩子們準備了禮物和小點心！真的是體現了西安人的熱情！重點説下：酒店位置離灑金橋美食街非常近，走路7.8分鐘，打車起步價！離鐘鼓樓，小南門早市都非常近！門口步行300米有地鐵口，出行都非常的方便！這裏要再次感謝一下郭經理，諮詢出行方面的事情也是非常熱心的告知我們，也推薦了很多好吃的小吃！也會主動詢問我們在西安有是否遇到什麼困難，方方面面的照顧的很好，沒想到的是我們離店的時候再次給孩子們準備了小禮物和點心，非常有賓至如歸的感覺！酒店環境各方面都很滿意！下次有再來西安，一定會再次入住本酒店！

設施：設施比較齊備，雖然略顯陳舊，但是不影響使用。 衞生：每天都有清潔房間，衞生狀況良好 環境：緊鄰1號線，聚地鐵、城牆都很近，旅遊出行方便 服務：贈送了果盤、陝西文禮。需要飲用水什麼的很快就能送到。
