It’s a pretty old Hotel, which you can feel and smell! We booked Executive Suite with balcony or terrace- we were told there are no balcony’s- but there are! The air conditioning did not work in one of the suites, so we had to move to a smaller one! Mini-Bar was empty.The dinner time in the lounge is too short- only 2Hours- everything is cleaned and closed exactly after 2Hours!!! The bar was closed before 10pm even though it was supposed to be open till 11 pm! The housekeeping was very good and the service very quick! Breakfast is a huge variation of everything!

The hotel is old but they have a great service. If looking for an instagrammable hotel it’s not the best option go to the one in Weiyang

The hotel is not that close to the downtown. It takes some time to get to any of tourist attractions places. However, the overall experience was amazing! The room service, amenities, attitude of the staff, cleanliness - everything was perfect. The reception staff spoke English and they were not only very polite, but also always ready to help with some advice, or to assist in case of any needs. Buffet breakfast - delicious, rich, big diversity of everything. The buffet dinner is served in the same restaurant (have to buy separately), which is also worth the price, they do their best to satisfy everyones taste. Definitely, would stay there again.

Good environment and friendly staff

This hotel provides very good service, not only restaureant, but also receiption. Room is quite clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is with may choices too.

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. A good location and the amenities were great, but what really made us happy were the staff. Cecilia, Oscar and Leo were so kind, welcoming and warm from our arrival to the departure, going above what would be expected to help us with a difficult journey back to Beijing. We will happily revisit and recommend the hotel to anyone, based on the staff alone, but in general the hotel was fabulous.

I couldn't recommend this hotel more. Leo and Oscar, the English speaking reception staff, met us with such warm welcome and couldn't do more to help us. From making some phonecalls when we needed translation help, to adding on an extra meal as a gift, they really did go above and beyond. Oscar and Leo and the staff really made this hotel stay special. In addition, the hotel food was lovely, the rooms clean and we'll equipped. A good place for site seeing too. It really has been wonderful. Thank you.

Great hotel

Amazing hotel, the best place I have stayed at in china. The swimming pool and gym was both very good. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Booked last minute and couldn't get a room with a queen bed. while checking in I asked if there were any rooms that had a queen bed available. Cecelia from reception kindly upgraded us to a family room which was very spacious and comfortable. we just stayed one night so didn't experience all of the amenities but we were very satisfied with our stay. friendly staff, English speaking, which is always a bonus for us as foreigners and clean comfortable rooms. only about 4 km from the bell tower, city wall and Muslim quarter (about 10-15min by car due to traffic). I would confidently recommend the Sheraton to friends visiting Xi'an.

Hotel is located in the west of the city, 20mins drive from the Xian wall (with traffic). Reception desk is very helpful and friendly. Dinner buffet is a great mix of eastern and western cuisine. Swimming pool is super busy as it offer public swimming lessons, choose either early or late for a quiet swim.
