Very friendly staff and nice place to stay but the road sign needs to be light up as went flying past it.

We had to leave the Hotel after an hour. The resident cat obviously used the carpets as a litter tray and to hide (Unsuccessfully) there were numerous strong air fresheners plugged in. So overpowering I had a allergic reaction to them. The duvet was so stained that you could see the stains on it through the duvet cover and when I removed the cover OMG! it was disgusting. Had to pack up and find another hotel which luckily we managed to do.

Suited my needs ideally/ The staff were lovely. Clean spacious room. Plenty of parking. Food from the Indian restaurant opposite was nice too. The only gripes I had were, the credit card only vending machine in reception was very temperamental. The TV stations were unwatchable much of the time despite trying to retune the stations. Limited sockets for devices. Theres a nearby service station with a well equipped ASDA to go and there's a also a nearby Marstons pub with anice range of beers and the Stekk & Ale is one to go for.

A little out the way, but clean and tidy and friendly. Staff friendly, no issue and fair price. Not too far to walk to a few pubs and restaurants and a stately home just up the road.

Great value for overnight stay. Lovely comfortable bed felt well rested. Easy parking & staff on hand for questions.

All very satisfactory. Room clean, spacious, airy, clean sheets. Clean bathroom, with towels. Basic facilities. Kettle in room and can replenish supplies of tea/coffee etc. from reception area if required. Vending machine, but no other eating facilities in building (which I was already aware of). Beside the car park is an Indian restaurant if required. Friendly staff. Would happily return if needed to.

It was a very cheap deal for a one night double room which was perfectly adequate. In other circumstances we would have expected to pay at least double what we did.

A very useful and convenient location on the outskirts of Kidderminster. A little out of the way unless driving to nearby restaurants or shops, although a service area about half a mile along the road. Pleasant, comfortable and peaceful stay.

The lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful, the family room was a good size. Did experience traffic noise and noisy bin emptying before 7 am. It would benefit from having a cooked breakfast and snack option. You can walk for pub food it takes about 10 minutes, there is a path at the side of the dual carriageway, in the opposite direction there is a greggs however the dual carriageway is a bit tricky to cross. Good hotel but better if you have a car as not much close by.
