Fraudulent check in where the front desk receptionist dumped us into the hotel’s worst room, literally in the parking lot, claiming it was the last room. Of course, it was not. The room allocated next after complaining, had a King size bed, not the two beds requested. Next morning was an egregious conduct by Housekeeping with cleaning person sticking a Later Would be Better sign on the door knob! I reported to Hyatt Customer Service on Day 1 and they have still not been contacted after a 6-night stay. Breakfast is all frozen and reheated, processed food. The receptionist during mornings, Kate, was rude and unhelpful. The glaring truth is Hyatt Place is no Hyatt, it is a deceptive motel.
