Everything is good except for the room size. I have problem opening my luggage because of the small space. I even have to di my prayer on the bed because there’s no more space for to do that on the floor. I have to give credit to the staff. They are very accommodating and have sincere smiles. If not because of the space of the room, I would definitely atay there again.

Friendly front office staff Friendly housekeeping team Some part of the towels are badly stained and should be replaced. Limited parking space

Clean and comfortable and quite strategic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Love it. Tips : book for odd numbered room for the best view (Taman Bungkul and city view)

I checked in late at night around 23.00 and feel dead tired, then just go to sleep. In the morning just realized that the pillow cover and bed cover was dirty, too many spot (seem like it doesn't change after previous guest). Complained to the FO when check out around 7.30AM. Hellow house keeping!!!!! Not recommeded at all. No more stay here!!!
