The Westin Surabaya is an amazing hotel, conveniently located right at Pakuwon Mall, making it incredibly easy to access everything you need. The décor is modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are reasonably sized, spotless, and comfortable. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly caring and responsive, especially toward my toddler, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids club was a highlight of our trip—my toddler loved visiting it multiple times, giving us parents some much-needed breaks. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to extend the kids club hours into the evening, as it would provide even more flexibility for families. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendliness. Highly recommend!

Despite arriving slightly earlier than the standard check-in time, the reception team made every effort to accommodate me promptly, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. Room Quality: I stayed in a beautifully appointed room featuring modern decor, plush furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning city view. The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort, with Westin’s signature Heavenly® Bed ensuring restful sleep. Amenities such as a spacious work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar added to the convenience. Facilities: The hotel’s facilities are top-notch. The gym was large, modern, and well-equipped, catering perfectly to guests who wish to maintain their fitness routines. I also enjoyed the serene outdoor swimming pool, a perfect retreat for relaxation. The Heavenly Spa offered a luxurious experience, with professional therapists and a calming ambiance that helped me unwind after a long day. Dining: Dining at The Westin Surabaya was a highlight. The breakfast buffet at Magnolia Restaurant featured a vast selection of both local and international dishes, all beautifully presented and fresh. I also tried room service one evening, and the food arrived promptly, still warm, and well-prepared. The hotel’s attention to culinary detail truly enhanced the overall experience. Staff Service: Throughout my stay, the service was consistently outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with — from housekeeping to concierge to restaurant servers — was genuinely friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests’ satisfaction. Location: Situated adjacent to the upscale Pakuwon Mall, the location is highly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. It’s also relatively close to the airport and key city attractions, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Overall Impression: The Westin Surabaya exceeded my expectations in every category. Connected to Pakuwon Mall, very convenient for shopping and eating. The parking quite confusing as connected to mall parking.

His passion and delicate taste for food is extraordinary. And most importantly he make us feel very welcomed and special whenever we come back to Westin Surabaya all the way from Singapore. A super convenient new hotel in west Surabaya that connects directly to the Pakuwon Mall. It is clean and full of amenities including kids pool, kids play area, bath tub, welcome drink, full spread international breakfast, and fitness centre. The service is impeccable and the staff are friendly. Even though the hotel seems to be very crowded, the breakfast place is spacious and is able to accommodate everyone without being overly squeezy. Overall the stay is enjoyable and we will definitely come back.
