Aries Hotel & Spa Wisla

A great quite new hotel. Very good value for money. Tasty food, nice location at the bank of river. Great working ours of wellness area 8-22 and very nice staff. It s also a great pleace for hiking. I really recomand the hotel. I hope they ll be able to keep the high quality.

The hotel is nicely located, very new ( opened only three years ago) hotel with good quality of SPA facilities. This is only an overview of the entire complex, and for more information about : SPA and separately the restaurant see another reviews. The check in and check out is very smooth. The staff at the reception try their best to meet individual needs of their guests. The rooms are nicely decorated, with everything what is needed for a short or long stay. The rooms are spacious, clean with nice balconies with good views. The entire complex looks big but it's easy to move around. The bathrooms have showers, the beds are very comfortable, although the pillows can be found by some people to be too soft. The hotel offers room service by additional charge of 30 PLN. I believe the manger will reflect on people's feedback and learn from them so this hotel may change into even better place as there are some things to improve. The hotel organises nice events in the evenings, but the staff should be more proactive. During one of the events when we were there the chairs were not wiped down after some rain what didn't encourage guests to stay. We and other guests asked for some chairs to be dried but it wasn't done. Another thing is the staff involvement in encouraging people to buy drinks. There was no staff member who would have been easily accessible. We had to go to the bar to order our drinks as there was nobody to offer us anything. I think this causes some loose od income for the business. It would be also nice if in the dinning part of the hotel was a better place to enjoy drinks. Currently the bar area is very small, and the restaurant looks more suitable for breakfast and dinner rather than for just one or two cocktails/glasses of wine The facilities outside are well designed.

What a lovely hotel, great staff, great rooms. Fresh feel everything very clean. Tastefully decorated. Setting away from the hubbub of the Centre. Spa area good pool a bit on the small side if you like a good swim but ideal for a relax. Nice sauna and outside jacuzzi. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Some nice touches like personal note in room on arrival. We stayed in the B block in a suite that was on the top floor had lovely feel about it. Perhaps they could have named it the Wisteria annex or something as a bit lacking imagination calling it the B block and doesn’t reflect how nice it is!

Fantastic hotel with very clean, warm and handy wellnes area. Very close to ski area and to city center. Bfk is great with lots of choices of fresh fruits and hot and cold food. Evening restaurant with nice and well presented food. Room is very very clean with nice amenity. Parking space excelent. For me fantastic value for money.

This hotel is simply amazing! Nicely decorated interiors, great location in quiet area of Wisla. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Outside area is very nice and peaceful. The food was amazing - breakfast choice of food is huge. I definitely liked local and polish meals. A la carte restaurant Polka - fantastic, delicious food. Home made bread and cakes were excellent. Spa area is smaller but fine. Cleanliness is also in high level. We will definitely come back soon:)

The hotel is new with the very nice interior design with carefully details of ski artifacts. Spacious rooms with original characteristic furniture. Excellent choice for the breakfasts and comfortable spa wellness. It is a perfect place for incentive business trips and for couples for a romantic weekend.

We were very staisfied with perfect services, relax possibilities and nature trips. Wisla is nice river and near the hotel is interesting waterfall. They are several walk trips to the nature. Services in hotel are perfect. We appreciate that stuff with pleasure explained if we didn't unrestood esp. in restaurant.

I highly recommend this Hotel, everything was perfect. Ideal for a weekend trip. Rooms were tidy and climatic, the SPA zone was well kept. The outdoor hot tubs were available even with the snow outside, which was our favorite place to spend time in.
