The people at the counter were so kind, they had hot tub we can use on the first floor, the room was clean and spacious👍🏻

We stayed there for 2 nights for a ski weekend. Really enjoyed our stay there: the location was very convenience with a short pleasant walk through the town to the Excalibur Gondola and the staff was very friendly. We had to pay $29 a day for parking (which was indoor) but it was worth it and saved us a lot of hassle. The hotel is located right in the old Whistler Village where you get the most shops and restaurants. Some of the reviews I read mentioned dated facilities but we found it more than adequate for our purpose and the beds were clean and comfortable. You can certainly get a hotel with better amenities in Whistler but you'll probably be paying twice the price.

我是1/22/2024入住貴飯店 checkin時櫃檯人員沒有主動告知停車相關資訊， 我這國外旅客理所當然的停在飯店內的室外停車場 卻因沒有注意到標誌 害我被罰了約100元加拿大幣 倘若我checkin時有主動詢問客戶是否有開車 及告知相關停車資訊 我就不會白白的被罰100元加幣 且事後到貴台反應時 櫃檯人員一副事不關己的態度 真是XXXX 2.飯店房間沒有提供礦泉水 飯店也沒有任何飲水機 約11pm到櫃檯問 櫃檯找不到人只有保全人員 他告訴我到忘記是幾樓的投幣機 結果無論是投幣或是刷卡 投幣機都無法使用 再下去1樓問 這時保全才請在房間內的櫃檯出來 這時才告知我要到已關門的健身房 有飲水機 結果不是飲水機 而是只是個剩沒多少水的水壺 隔天早上再到櫃檯詢問哪裡可以買咖啡 櫃檯才告知我對面有7-11 真是一個服務及設備都非常爛的飯店

乾淨衛生，酒店離景區都很方便。

我已經住過這麼多次，是評價的一半了，幾乎可以影響這個酒店在中文的評分，每次入住，酒店都沒有任何錶示。哈哈

A great location for walking to gondola and shops. Room was very clean. Shower was good. Decor was just a bit dated… not fancy. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant in hotel was first class!

This hotel is a fine choice in Whistler. It was easy to walk to the gondola. The parking was well located. The pillows were low quality and uncomfortable. The worn hallway carpets were not inviting. The hot tub was not operational in the morning when I needed it. People walked in the hallway speaking loudly at 1am that ruined my sleep.

Affordable choice given the prices in the area. It’s a bit dated and could use a renovation, but it’s clean and the staff are very friendly.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful and accommodating. The property was in very good condition and the amenities above expectation

Great location, clean comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. My favourite part, by far, was the fact that they have carbonated water ON TAP just outside the rooms.

Pros: right in the middle of Whistler Village, cozy enough rooms, clean bathrooms, heating/conditioning - individual for each room, helpful stuff Cons: check-in is way too late - 4:00 p.m., the lobby equipped with only 4 chairs for all of the guests who have to wait for their rooms.

Location was great! You’re literally next to the village. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom dated. Only had hot water one morning…rest of the time it was lukewarm.

Easy and quick check in. Front desk accomodated to my request. Great location and cleam and comfortable rooms .

I liked the price of the stay compared to other hotels I was not impressed with the carpets in the hallways, hotel needs to be renovated. Room was very small but Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.
