Premier Inn Blackpool East (M55, Jct4)

This is the worse stay that I have ever had. Very unpleasant and rude female and male staff. Other guests children running up and down the main corridor. Who was ever in the room above me did nothing but stamp around the room late into the early hours of the morning and then again early in the morning got hardly any sleep at all. Complained to the staff at the desk nothing done about it. This went on for the three nights there. Stain on duvet cover and pillow slip, asked for it to be changed nothing was done about it and was not changed. Would never recommend to anyone.

Room next to corridor door and had no sleep due to opening and closing plus noisy neighbours, would have mentioned it but nobody on reception when checked out

Great price, no compromise on service, room quality,or cleanliness, all staff were friendly and helpful. A very happy traveler.

Stayed at the hotel the night before the run. Beds are always so comfortable and crisp clean sheets. Lots of space, power shower and decent WiFi

A great hotel handy for us for visiting family food was great, clean and tidy. Location was great and handy for motorway, breakfast was lovely and lived that they put the calories down on the info in the room, so I knew to have poached eggs, which were perfect. The one thing I would say is the toaster was to slow, think they need to upgrade.

Bed wasnt made on arrival, room wasn't clean marks on shower curtain toothpaste stains on bathroom floor and dirty toilet.when we asked to move we got told their was no more rooms and they would sort it no apology they did make the bed and flushed the toilet 🙄rude and unhelpful staff in the restaurant,who took our drinks away while we were ordering food and refused to let us have a meat free childrens carvery so charged full price although my daughter doesn't eat meat.Food wasnt the best either

Spent the weekend here with my boyfriend in January. Plenty of things in walking distance and all staff were so friendly and helpful and the Hotel was so clean. Tom was lovely he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, he is a credit to you.

Ive stopped here quite a few times over the last year and have to say the staff are always fantastic and very helpful. They’re always chirpy and meet you with a smile. Since they started doing the breakfast in house the quality is exceptional. The rooms are always spot on and very clean

Used this hotel as a base for football , usual premier inn standards , good base for all of the area The food is independent run by green king and is a carvery pub , they offer a cheaper breakfast than the premier inn ( who have their own dining area ) we chose the premier inn as by the time you brought all the drinks etc it’s the same price , although they do offer a few alternatives for example eggs Benedict the staff in the premier inn breakfast room worked tirelessly to keep things running smoothly as it’s not that big , so the usual high quality produce keeps it well used
