SK Premium Park Hotel

This would have to be the worst hotel we stayed in whilst in India. It was booked as part of a TripAdeal tour and I had read previous reviews and was prepared, but nothing could prepare you for how dirty the hotel was. Corridors to rooms had not been vacuumed in years, floors in the rooms were dirty, mirrors had hand prints and smears all over them and fittings were damaged. One of our tour members had to stuff a pillow into the hole in her mattress. Others had huge holes/chunks out of the granite bathroom benches, showers leaked, basins did not drain or if they did, they leaked into the area below. The staff here were also the rudest that we encountered on our entire trip. The restaurant menu should have been discarded as most items on it were not available. The buffet breakfast was the only saving grace in a place that really should be de-commissioned out of service.

On the surface the hotel appears satisfactory with potential to restore to some sort of glory BUT… as 2 single ladies we were visited by 3 men during the late evening who when we refused to open our door ran away. On our one night stay, the linen had not been changed (there was blood on my sheet), the toilet did not flush, the shower ran hot and cold and did not drain and a number of power points were wobbly and unusable.

Had roka ceremony of my sister! Amazingly organised by Mr. Amit n team. Great location, nice food, amazing service, beautiful banquet.. Every thing one look for. Much appreciated the services offered that too in budget.

After 24 hrs travel we arrived at the hotel only to be told it was sold out and we would have to wait 3.5 hrs before we could have a room. The trip a deal rep was no help. They wouldn't even off a complementary breakfast. We hope the rest of the trip is better.

I’m currently staying here for 2 nights … have just come down to the restaurant to have some lunch after arriving ….. they have a great menu & drinks menu …. That’s where the issue lies … from 4 pages of spirits & cocktails, the only spirits available were whisky & vodka & beer?? I have travelled the world & have always been able to get the universal drink of a G&T ……. How can a hotel the size of this one survive with such a drinks menu???

Booked restaurant table buffet dinner is overpriced Soup Dal etc were bland In snacks wr had mushroom tikka which had smell so we did not have.. GST on total bill was charged 18% initially I was told I have to pay 2000 when I told them I will pay through UPI then they told me you have to pay tax as well conversation with Cashier Sudhanshu. GST charged was 18% instead of 5℅ . They provide bill only if you ask for it. They prefer to take cash. Unpleasant experience. Creating wrong impression on customer as they wanted cash. I was told Mr Sudhanshu is ***ager but dint feel that he was the ***ager. Thanks for the poor experience, will not visit again and will spread the word of mouth as I live nearby.

Unsafe for women travelling solo. Men tried to come into my room at night (male staff). They repeatedly knocked on my door, offering ‘complimentary’ water, wine, mojitos, meals - I kept saying no but they kept knocking. Asked to come into my room, to take photos with me, asked me to teach them English. Would not stay again based on this harassment alone. The hotel inside is fine. Room ok. Restaurant ok. Delay with checkin. There is a pool area but no one around.

I will just rate it as my wonderful experience the stay the food the aura and the team Thank you the whole team of SK Premium Park The whole place is maintained well and serving the best services I will visit this place everytime I have an opportunity either to arrange stay for my guests or host a function for anyone in my family

Visited with family from London. We had bad experience. Initially room Cleanliness on linen is terrible. We had to shift 3 room. 1st they put us on 5th floor, then they shifted as it was already booked. Then to another room, where there wasn’t hot water.
