Very cute and clean hotel in an excellent location! Staff were all extremely friendly and the little bar is adorable with an amazing aperol spritz! :)

I travelled with ny family if 4 this past new tear day. The location is great and walkable to the old town attractions. Check in and check out were very easy and both persons at the desk/ barista were very friendly and we were able to get late checkout even though the hotel was at capacity. . The buffet breakfast was lovely, sliced meats and cheese fruit, bread and fresh and variety if coffees. Highly recommend for a quick trip to Zurich

Little old hotel nice location walkable, close to the river walk, breakfast is ok not the best; a lot of dinner options up the street, I recommend this hotel :)

This is a small hotel with good location less than 100m away from the beginning of the Limmat river which flow out from Lake Zurich. We are able to walk to the old town attractions nearby including the bustling x'mas markets. We are a family of 5 and the size of the 2 rooms we had were ok and not exceptional. The were no telephones in the room so we cannot call and talk to our children. Telephone should be a standard item in the hotel room. The rooms and sheets were clean but the mattresses were hard and the pillows were small and soft. If the hotel improves on these, then the sleep could be better. There were noises into the night from the street below and were annoying. Service at the front desk was good although it doubles as a cashier point for the small restaurant on the ground floor. The space at the service desk in front of it is small and we have to haul our luggage up the flight of steps into the small lift. A ramp could instead be provided.

It was my husband and my first time in Zurich and we honestly couldn't have picked a more convenient and comfortable hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with information on what we should do in Zurich and good restaurant recommendations. We were so happy with our room as we got the roof top terrace. The view was breathtaking!

We loved our stay here in Zurich. The location is fantastic, especially for walking to Chris**as markets in the area. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and comfortable beds! The only constructive criticism it to offer 2 pillows per person as they were quite soft, at least for me.

The additional bed for my son was bad causing extreme neck pain after my son slept for 2 nights. Poor and inadequate lighting. Room too small for the price. No value for your money!!!!!!

The hotel was clean and good amount of space on the room, rooms cleaned daily. Staff where polite and helpful answering any questions and providing advice about local area. Hotel close walking distance to shops and transport .

Lovely hotel in the old town. Excellent breakfast. Although initially hard to find the hotel is within walking distance of most of Zurich’s attractions.

The hotel was centrally located for us to explore the Chris**as markets in Zurich and do some sightseeing. The check in was quick, and the lady at the front desk very helpful. The bathroom was a good size for a European hotel, and had everything you would need in terms of gels, etc. Only 2 problems-first, it was late November and the heater in our room did not work. They had to bring up a space heater, which I do not like because of possible safety hazards. Second, the TV had 21 English channels, but they did not work. The breakfast cost was 15 Swiss Francs, which I initially thought was high, but turned out to be a good deal because of Swiss prices. I recommend the breakfast. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.
