The Stay Company, Devonshire Court

Desperately in need of a new mattress in Appt 3! Stayed here a few times and beds are typically ok, but first time in this apartment. Everything else great as usual but that mattress is worst I've slept on for a very long time! Felt about 3 inches thick and springs poking out of it! Not great at all.

Lovely apartment, well furnished and clean. Good location. Very near to Trent Bridge and Holme Pierrepoint National Watersports Centre. Parking for one car, would be nice to have visitor’s space/s. Noise is a problem if the windows are open but negligible if closed.

Great location, very clean and well presented. Excellent shower. Was pleased to have some basics provided such as milk and beverages also choice of cereals for breakfast. On a busy road therefore road noise as traffic builds in the early morning.

Great place to stay. Clean and well located within walking distance of many of the local amenities and attractions. Easy to get to town on the bus also. Well equipped bungalow and nice to have some outdoor space. Great off street parking also.

Great apartment. It was clean, modern, spacious and it had some necessities such as water and milk in the fridge, and toiletries in the bathroom. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Free parking and only a £9 uber to the city centre. I would definitely choose again.

Very good out of the way stay, perfect access to all amenities and major places such as food shopping or things to do an easy 5-10 minute drive. Very clean place and bathroom/showers. You get free snacks on arrival and coffee/sugar. Very quick response rates from the company so if any issues occur you won’t have to worry about being ignored. Lovely flat altogether, we stayed in flat 4 and was great. 4 of us stayed and the rooms are massive and the lounge/kitchen area is very spacious! Definitely recommend for long stays or even short stays! No cons to be fair apart from confused what was going on with the TV and why it was so low🤣

Comfortable, modern apartment. Allocated on-site parking for one vehicle. Excellent communication from owner. Easy walking distance to Trent Bridge and local amenities. Would happily book again if we were in the area.

Excellent modern facilities. No problem with communication, check in or damage deposit return. Ideal location. Good parking and on a bus route to the city if you dont want to drive. No issues with noise. Would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in the area,

Fantastic apartments in excellent location. We stayed for a long weekend with family (2 apartments). The check in process was really easy - they emailed us all the info the night before. Reserved parking spaces right outside the door. Apartments were big and spacious and very clean (spotless!). Comfortable beds, loads of extra pillows, towels etc. Location could not be better, 10mins walk to the cricket and football grounds. And 10-mins walk into West Bridgford which is full of really nice bars and restaurants. Cannot recommend enough.
