Lugar excellent recomendo sem medo, vale muito a Pena!!! O hotel e incrivel o Cafe da manha e muito bom chefe faz omelets saborosos!!! Recomendo muito esse hotel ! A vista para as montanhas e perfeita a piscina muito Bonita!

酒店位置沒什麼可説的。家庭套間非常大，尤其是陽台朝向少女峯美極了。各種服務都非常好。早餐非常豐盛美味。總體超過預期。

Bad behaviour of chef cook . No possible sit on terrace, we paid more then 4K € and no possible sit on terrace.we are told that just enter at hotel and go directly to room. We no possible use lobby or terrace. This is not jail that we enter hotel and go directly to room

The behaviour of bartender and receptionist is very rude. They talk in a very way. A person can not sit in the sitting area if he does not order anything and there is no board conveying the same. Even the rooms have spiders in it. No cleanliness.

One of the worst hotel in the area the rooms have spider. Breakfast menu very bad. You can’t even sit in the sitting area if you don’t order anything. Not good hospitality. Very bad behaviour by receptionists. Even if you are hurt you can’t call a van to return to hotel.

The service was the worst possible. I was sitting on the terras with my family. The terras was at the entrance. We thought it was a place were everyone from the hotel could sit in. Someone from the hotel staff came and said that the terras was meant for the people who bought something at the bar. They were not polite at all when they tried to explain that we could not sit at the terras. There was no where written that we could not sit at the terras without buying something. Not in the hotel policy there was no board or anything.

Fantastic stay! First class hotel with incredible views, friendly staff, lovely spa, natural outdoor pool, wonderful indoor pool and hot tub. Very spacious rooms with more incredible views. Breakfast and meals at restaurant were terrific and also very reasonable priced for a family. Made to order eggs and fully stocked breakfast with fruit, breads, pastries, and hot buffet was great way to state the day. Views from dining area are majestic. Shuttle up/down to train very helpful as well! Can’t say enough about this hotel!

The views of the Alps were worth the price! And the front desk was above and beyond customer service! Serious, they were amazing and saved me money on tickets! The dinner was delicious and service was great. Housekeeping kept room spotless. This sounds like a fake review. But it’s not :)

Beautiful facility with kind, conscientious staff. Breakfast is served in their beautiful restaurant space, overlooking the beautiful valley. The spread is thoughtfully prepared. The service in general was all very good, but the omelet chef on our first day stands out with his chipper, can do attitude. Thank you also to Silvia for being a kind gracious host at the front desk. The only reason we did not give it a 5 is that the bed was very uncomfortable. Between the sunken mattress and the limp pillows, my husband and I did not sleep well. The sheets were fine tho and we appreciated the updates that were present throughout the property. The mattress in 206 might have to be next tho! Thank you overall for a wonderful stay!
