酒店的位置很不錯，打開門可以看見雪山，風景驚艷。可惜前台熱情一般，要兩個衣架兩天後才給我。

Friendly staff. Excellent included breakfasts. Stunning views from rooms. Valuable transfer service by golf cart from train station to the hotel when carrying luggage. Very nice indoor pool. Bar food could be improved. Several good dining options within a short walk and across the street from the ski lift to the peak. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

I know that Switzerland is expensive, but generally you do get good quality for your money. Unfortunately in this hotels case the rooms are really starting to show their age and are in need of a refresh. The hotel is well located and with a bit of updating could be a great option, but until then I couldn’t recommend. I would spend a bit more and go to a slightly more modern hotel. The staff were generally fine, however the checkin staff were rather short with us.

Reception staff professional and welcoming .. Bedding great . Nice balcony and view . Only problem some drunk ness noise by people in the street during multiple nights and hours - wish staff could damp that down - I thought that was Swiss edict..,

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. The breakfast was beyond amazing. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was convenient to the cable cars and train. You couldn’t ask for anything better.

Great views from room across valley. Just a few minutes walk from the station. Excellent breakfast.

Loved it! Great location on the main street, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Arriving to and from is magical on the train and Wengen is like out of a fairytale.
