Campus Hotel Hertenstein

A very nice hotel however the location is not easily accessible without car, the hotel has no facilities to play n my room is opposite a hospital. The boat ride needs to pay on your own account. The room is ok n clean. The breakfast is good

非常美麗，盧塞恩坐船第一站下船就是。湖景非常美麗，早上非常乾淨非常治癒，沿着湖走一圈也是非常美。非常值得再次入住。不過小鎮沒什麼餐廳選擇，衹能在酒店吃飯。太美太美。

酒店就在湖邊上景色非常漂亮雖然多開半個小時的路不過值得。對了邊上還有小童遊樂場

First, the location is beautiful. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff very friendly. It's a wonderful place to stay. We used this location as a base to explore the region. It's very quiet and there's not much traffic on the roads at any time (except around Zurich in rush hour). You do need a car here as there's nothing to do in the area. They'll charge you 20 Francs a night for parking. As we stayed for 7 nights they charged a max free of 100 Francs. Not too bad I suppose. The downside is the bedroom. The lighting is dreadful. There's also no air con. They did supply a fan to blow the air around which did help a bit. There's a sensor in the bathroom that detects movement and comes on. The decorative shelving had more light than the rest of the bathroom. Perhaps 3 candles would have been better. The shower has plenty of power and hot water but as it's placed over the bath it hardly keeps the water in. It's a job to stop soaking the floor. The lighting in the main room is dreadful too. We didn't have a lake view which was our choice but we didn't expect to be in full view of other residents either. There was a blind that you could use to add screening and shelter from the sun, but it seemed to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it wouldn't go down, other times it would but then go up again without warning.

There were lots of insects in the suite I stayed on the fifth floor. Unfortunately, I found a worm, beetle, spiders and other insects. There was no A/C, cooler only, which I felt hot inside the room. The view was stunning, but what is the benefit of the view if you will sleep surrounded by insects. Services are not that good. There were no bellboy to curry luggages. Sometimes, they ask me to come down to take what I need as they should deliver it. I had an issue where I was obliged to leave one night early (I booked 5 nights) but the manager let me down although I booked at the height rate and I thought that I would be appreciated, for this reason I will not stay again in this hotel. It was a terrible stay I have ever had.

We spend the weekend at Campus Hertenstein with some friends and we had a great time. Everything was excellent: service, room, restaurant and the swimming area in front of the hotel. Absolutely enjoyable! For sure will go back there and will recommended again to our friends.
