I stayed at the pond house because it’s pet friendly and I was traveling with my two dogs. The room was very clean, and quiet. Fabulous tub, robes and a great breakfast. I am already planning my next trip.

Very Welcoming and Thoughtful place it was clean and they have checked every box. Location was Great very quite and comfortable. We appreciated Doogie friendly and they had treats for the dogs and us.

Another Wonderful stay at The Yellow House. This is our home away from home. Chad and Josh are fantastic hosts and it always amazes us what they have done since our last visit. It’s hard to improve on perfection, but they continually do it with upgrades to the property. Their included breakfast is fantastic. Don’t miss it. We will be back for another 8 night visit in October. Can’t wait !!

We enjoyed our one night stay so much! Chad made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. He even called us by name as he welcomed us. Every little detail for comfort was provided. And the breakfast was delicious! We definitely look forward to another stay at The Yellow House!

Wow! Our stay at the incredible yellow house was an experience beyond compare! The exceptional hospitality shown by Chad and his team surpassed all our expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the mesmerizing Waynesville area!

This was our 3rd year staying at the Yellow House. Can you tell that we love it there?! We always have immaculate, comfy rooms. And Chad makes sure to serve us yummy breakfasts! Staff is always nearby to make sure we have what we need. Good restaurant suggestions, too! Haywood Smoke House is also a repeat!

Beautiful home with excellent care by Dina! My husband and I enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great. Dina accommodated my food needs This was our first visit to Waynesville and while it was a bot out of the way the home and the town were charming....Lots of shopping !!

OMG! What a wonderful place this is. It is our second time visiting here. Chad is so welcoming and wants to be sure you have everything you need for your stay. And Ooooo the sheets! Plus the breakfast. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Yellow House owners.

In a beautiful place to visit, a delightful place to stay. I have been here twice - one night each - and have felt like a guest in someone's home each time. A beautiful house, a beautiful room, great food, and the personal touch. There will definitely be a multi-night stay in my near future!
