My wife and I have stayed here many times, their hospitality is always great and the bartenders are always very nicely and have great attitudes even when the place is packed. We will continue to use this hotel as our quick getaway.

I wish I knew about this location years ago! 10 minutes from convention center, great rates, free parking, amazingly renovated, near tons of restaurants and stores

Nice place to crash for the night. It looks like a nice event location but we were simply here for one night on our way through.

I was looking forward to the pool. Unfortunately it was quite small and a bit cold for winter. The restaurant was nice, rooms were great, and staff were friendly. Shuttle to airport was great. I hope they can expand the pool and gym area in the future.

Very accommodating there were a guest at work particularly rude. However, that is out of your control. They are with a dance or cheeer program. I would be embarrassed to have them in my property.

My itinerary did not match the booking. Missing a couple of things, also ordered lunch from room service and I had to go get it. Stain on the walls in the Bathroom next to the toilet, living room has a faded paint run on the wall that could be seen shower need caulking.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I’d definitely go back again. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that there was another door in the room and behind it there was another door that seemed sealed. We couldn’t open it but it kinda seems like it can be opened on the other side. That made us feel uneasy. Other than that the room was very clean and beautiful. I’d definitely stay again but in a different room.
