We stayed in a clean private room with ensuite bathroom. The staff especially Mr Kuba, were very friendly. There is an elevator with a few steps to access it. We did not have a problem even with our heavy suitcases. I liked the shared fully equipped kitchen. The hostel is well located within short walking distance to the old town, restaurants and tram/bus stops. It would be perfect if the nights are cooler in late Sept as the fan provided was not enough to keep us cool in the room. Opening the windows was not an option because of traffic noise and the cigarette smoke smell from smokers below. Despite this, I would still recommend this hostel for its friendly staff, location and kitchen facilities.

Very nice hostel near the old town. Activities every night, friendly people, good commodities. Rooms are nice but we asked for a double bed and got twin beds. Also, the cleaning lady never came in our room for 4 days. Very good overall experience anyway, I recommend it and would probably come back.

Such a good location next to two delicious restaurants. Great for solo travellers and friends.

Really good location, literally in the centre of Old Town and in the heart of Warsaw. Easy access and friendly staffs. I stayed only 1 night in private room and it is clean and the amenities are decent for one person stay. I really recommend for solo traveler.

Superb location, right in the old town. However, it was unfortunate that the room I stayed in was a 6-bedroom, which had a really stinky and unpleasant smell. The room was on the 3rd floor, but it required going up the stairs to what felt like the '4th floor'. There were 2 rooms on this level, and I stayed in one of them. Be careful if you are carrying heavy luggage. Overall, it was an average stay, except for the terrible smells.

너무너무 친절하고 락커도 큰 개인 락커가 있어서 좋았어요. 친구들을 사귈 수 있는 커뮤니티 룸과 매일 진행되는 행사들도 너무 즐거워 보였고, 실제로 많은 친구들을 사귈 수 있었어요. 프론트에 있는 친구들도 다들 너무 착하고 친절해서 좋았습니다☺️

올드타운이라 위치도 좋구~ 가성비 완젼 좋은 호스텔이에요! 공용공간도 넘 깔끔하구 주방도 있어서 간단한 요리도 해먹을 수 있어요!

Muy buen hostal con diferentes actividades. Es limpio, mucha gente joven viajando sola se queda aquí y Warszawa es una ciudad increíble que recomiendo visitar

上午將近11點到達旅館，等了很久，服務枱查我們的入住訂單説沒查到。她就去幹別的事了，然後我們又申明的確是在她們這家旅館預訂的，她才重新在電腦上查，終於查到了。但是説入住時間需要推後，讓我們將行李寄存在旅館，然後我們就離開了。到將近18點時再到旅館，前台服務員讓我們取出行李後，就衹為外面喝飲料的酒吧人員服務，不理睬我們，我們等了很久，一再打招呼説要登記入住，後來有個男服務員才開始給我們在電腦上查詢，查了一下説沒有我們的訂單。然後又不再理睬我們了，我們申辯也不管用。沒辦法我們才打國內電話求助攜程。通過攜程交涉，服務員才又開始給我們辦理入住，這期間等了幾個小時。入住過很多國家旅館、酒店，第一次遇到這麼為難旅客的旅館。旅館有酒吧，服務人員主要為酒吧服務，對入住旅客常常是不理睬。這次非常感謝攜程，處理得很及時，很暖心，還給了我100元人民幣補償。出國全靠攜程，攜程如同我們的孃家人，讓我們不懂外語、人生地不熟的人倍感親切！

Hotel muy comodo cerca del centro de la ciudad, con algun pero. En general el apartamento esta muy bien, la entrada parece que vas a entrar a una carcel o similar, con un olor no muy agradable a humedad. Cuando llegas al apartamento todo cambia y esta todo impecable, problema, cuando amanece, no tiene cortinas que no dejen pasar la luz. He ido en Julio 2024 y amanecia a las 4:30, y entra toda la luz, que se hace insoportable. El resto esta muy bien, con un personal muy agradable.

Tutto eccellente! E´ stato triste andare via! Atmosfera molto tranquilla, rilassata, amichevole. Camera doppia con letti comodi. Terzo piano raggiungibile con ascensore. Bagno in comune sempre pulito. Spazi in comune confortevoli con ampia cucina e spazio esterno con sedie, tavoli e divanetti dove poter mangiare o rilassarsi un pö. In generale struttura molto pulita e curata, anche molto silenziosa. Eventi quotidiani organizzati per trascorrere un pö di tempo libero in compagnia. Distributori di snack e bibite. Bel bar all´ingresso dove sedersi e bere qualcosa, o scambiare quattro chiacchiere con gli altri avventori. Posizione assolutamente strategica. Nel centro antico. A pochi passi dalla fermata degli Autobus che portano alla stazione centrale e all´ aeroporto. Negozi non lontani. Bar e ristorantini nelle immediate vicinanze.
