Very nice with 24x7 restaurant.

地理位置不錯，就是酒店很難找，在一個拐角處酒店標誌不明顯，周邊有Cityzenm London bankside辦公樓，還有Cityzenm London bankside酒店，這是另外一家，導航顯示是另外一家。 設施ipad電子控制，淋浴房燈光色彩自選，這個比較有意思。 空間確實比以便單間會顯得大一些。 衞生比較乾淨。 自助辦卡，自助打飲用水，還可以選氣泡水，比較環保。 水吧有以為中國服務員很nice。服務還不錯。 我是週日晚入住￥1200，感覺性價比有點貴。

衞生：還不錯，床單不會潮濕。 設施：所有英國經濟型酒店都不提供洗漱用品，其餘的都配備。 服務：前台挺熱情的。 就是附近的酒店價格都不太穩定。

地理位置方便，附近有supermarket, 鄰近景點，房間比相象中大，一家三口👨‍👩‍👧住得好舒適

No tea or coffee making facilities or room service. Nice looking communal space and atmosphere and easy self check in. Media in room was great.

Clean and comfortable. Nice bar/public area. Enormous bed. Room was ok for 2 of us sharing for 2 nights bu would have felt cramped if staying any longer. Atrium is tired looking with sad looking ivy trying to grow inside. Check in and out was fast. Walking distance to Borough market and th Tate and to the Thames. We could see the shard from the lobby on our floor.

Perfect location with public transport links. Breakfast was very expensive especially as you have an m&s across the road with a fresh bakery. Main room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfy. The tablet was a nice gadget to control your room but the tv volume fluctuated and could hardly hear it at points and you also couldn’t connect our device to the tv. The down side of the shower was the build up of limescale on the waterfall head. Would stay there again due to a perfect location. But lots of little things let it down

Great hotel. Never stayed in a CitizenM hotel before and enjoyed it with friends and family for husband's retirement celebration

Really enjoyed our stay. The foyer, lounge, cafe has a wonderful vibe when you arrive and the staff were very lovely and friendly. Our room was compact but very bijou and well thought out and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. We had a room with a window on to the outside world which I would recommend personally.

Hotel was very clean, excellent value for money, staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay again

Touchless check-in led to a "we don't clean your room by default; if you want it serviced, you must tell us." Room size is outrageous for a couple of tall people... It is also a good 10-mins walk from the nearest tube.

Enourmous and comfortable bed. Nice interior and toiletries. Friendly staff. Personally not a fan of the room tech, ie a bathroom lightswitch would be much easier than having to use the tablet to control lighting.

This is a super hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, checkin/checkout was super easy. Great location and wonderfully clean.
