Still your best choice for overnight accommodations in Warrenton! A bit older since my last stay here under previous ownership but still clean, comfortable, great/friendly staff. Free decent breakfast/coffee and the heated pool are a plus!

Easy check-in with virtual key on the phone. Bright, inviting lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Just what we needed. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space for luggage. Bathroom was large enough for two. Nice, clean shower. Would definitely stay here again. We always look for Hilton properties when we travel.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM BLOCK WITH THIS HOTEL. Absolutely terrible response time, no remorse in not responding to emails timely after following up several times, or simply answering their front desk phone. The "front desk manager" is apparently the only one that can do anything with the hotel blocks and no one else can so anything to help, not even the general manager. I gave plenty of grace in response time and as a bride who is stressed enough having to personally manage a hotel block is unacceptable. There was not one apology in response to the items mentioned above. Not to mention that the follow-up on this by Hilton itself was unsatisfactory. The Hampton Inn Warrenton needs better controls in place to ensure that they can meet ANY hospitality industry expectation/standard. I have lost ALL respect for the Hilton brand. I am extremely disappointed in this location and especially Hilton overall. I will NEVER give my business to Hilton.

I've been staying at this location several times a year for over a decade, as we have family in Warrenton that we visit regularly. While it is still a well run Hampton Inn, I've noticed that some of the touches that made this an exceptional location are now missing. I've always raved about how well this location was run in terms of attention to detail -- a nice selection at breakfast, very friendly staff, a fire in the fireplace during the holidays. This time, my family and I noticed small differences -- fewer juice types at breakfast, one type of milk, less fresh fruit, generic syrup, very full trash cans, no fire in the fireplace (so therefore a less cozy lobby), no cookies (though we came in very late and might have missed them). Of course, these are unnecessary details and it feels silly to say we noticed the syrup quality (!), but the disappearance of them gives the impression of cost cutting, which isn't a great feeling when you're staying in a hotel for the holidays. Then, I noticed the lights off in some locations as well, and I started to get the general impression of paying the same amount but the hotel trying to cut corners. I wouldn't say it's a deal breaker, but it definitely breaks my loyalty to the hotel and I might try something different (we've only stayed here for the last 10+ years!) next time we visit Warrenton.

We spent two nights here for a wedding in the area. This Hampton met my expectations for the chain, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The AC was loud. They do not clean your rooms for short stays, unless you request it. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of cold and hot foods. I was glad, however, that I took my own tea bags to have a strong, unflavored black tea.
