We booked on Marriott App using points and when we arrived, they had no record of reservation. There was a mess with them trying to communicate with reservations, but the manager let us get into room and we could get settled and figure out later. Room spotless. Quiet, we were in room 304. Fitness awesome. Breakfast awesome. Great location.

Arrived Sunday due to RV issues. Extended stay until Wednesday. Friendly staff and the manager, Ms. Georgia, went above & beyond. Thankful for Marriott points! Clean property with several restaurants within walking distance. Thank you!

I’m a little shocked that this is a Marriott. There is nothing “suite” about this Fairfield Inn. Unless you call a microwave and a mini fridge a suite. But these days, everyone has those. No kitchenette. HORRIBLE internet and TV. I booked 2 queens and got a king. I’m also a Gold Elite member. No upgrade. No place to plug in a phone on one side of the bed. Most of the available outlets didn’t work. My mom woke up with dead hearing aids because they didn’t charge. The only good thing was the kind front desk staff. But the Country Inn across the street looked better.

This hotel is fine, but not what I normally expect from Marriott properties…it just felt like it was in need of a spruce up. The check-in process was easy. I was underwhelmed by the room, but it was clean and the shower was good. The heating/cooling unit was noisy, and there was a lot of road noise in the evening. There are plenty of easy to find recognizable restaurants in the area without having to drive too far. There are plenty breakfast was pretty much what you expect from a hotel breakfast. I guess at this price point I just expected a more updated and polished experience.

Pleasantly greeted by the staff. Clean exterior, lobby and room. Easy check-in and check-out process. The continental breakfast was well prepared and presented. And reasonable prices. Good accommodations for our family reunion. We well definitely return again. Thank you for your services.

This was a nice overnight stop on our way to TN from FL. Our check-in receptionist, Journie, was most kind and welcomed us warmly. As Marriott Bonvoy Gold members, she upgraded us to a suite. The property is older, but has received more modern renovations and looks nice. Breakfast was as expected. The food area was clean and well stocked.

The front staff is very pleasant. They earned the 2 stars. Our first room had many small bugs crawling all over the night stand. They were happy to move us to a bug free room. The bug free room had urine on the bathroom floor around the toilet. Bugs i can kind of understand, but there’s no excuse for dirty rooms. The chocolate milk in the fridge for breakfast had been expired for over a week. The picture doesn’t show how many bugs were on the move, but it was a lot. We normally look for Fairfield Inns because they have complimentary breakfast. This is our third Fairfield in the last 6 months that has let us down. One of them had no hot water, we traveled many hours to get there just to find that out at check in. No courtesy call ahead to let us know we should book somewhere else. E have 4 more nights at various Fairfields left on this trip, after that, no more Fairfield for us. This review written 9/13/23.

There was no hot water in the bathrooms this morning despite telling the front desk the night before that the water was, at best, tepid. The front desk clerk response was that she would call her manager and they would address the issue after 9 am in the morning. I told her this was unreasonable and she should contact maintenance ASAP. She was completely uninterested in solving the issue. The desk clerk in the morning was at least understanding of the problem but offered this lifetime titanium member no points, room rate discount or even an apology. He said there was new management of the property but they were certainly not on the scene to quickly address this issue. Simply stated, why stay at a property if the staff is unwilling or incapable of addressing legitimate concerns of guests. I look forward hearing from management about this matter.

First off, I booked for a king bed and got a king. The entire tv and wall mount for the tv are crooked and falling off the wall. The kicker though was waking up to shower and finding out I wouldn’t be able to take a WARM shower until noon.

You would only know they are renovating because you can see the updates. No paint smell, no noise. This was just the quiet stop we needed on our trip from NJ back to FL. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had nice selection and was delicious. Coffee was surprisingly good - did not have that "hotel coffee"taste. We will most likely stop back here on our next trip.

Hotel undergoing major renovation in lobby and on the guest floors although they don’t start making noise until 10 am on weekends. The improvements look great so far. Jacki at check in was super helpful as were the ladies at check out. Very friendly. Clean. Guest rooms were comfortable. We would stay again. Suggest calling the hotel directly when making a reservation to be sure they don’t have 40 little league baseball players and parents staying there.

Efficient check-in, no complaints. Rooms seem a bit dated, with carpeting, furniture, etc feeling a bit worn out, yet outside appearance is of a fresh newer-style Fairfield. Typical Fairfield bathroom amenities. Breakfast selection and quality seems to have gone done since pre-covid. (Not just Fairfield, or Marriott--but seemingly everywhere.) No check-out receipt, claimed they could only email me since I used points for the room. (I always like a printed receipt to see a zero balance.)

Arrival at the hotel was plenty of parking. Check inn was fast, very friendly, and easy. Rooms were very clean but outdated. I am not sure the age of the hotel but it looks a older but well kept. They seem to be going through a renovation but don’t let that deter you from staying I heard absolutely no noise during my stay. However the noise I did hear was from the people above and beside me. The hotel like most short stay hotels are not very insulated and you can hear everything. I would recommend staying here for a short stay as the rooms were clean, staff was friendly, location of hotel, and free breakfast with lots to choose from.

I had various issues with rental cars today with President's Day (the car rental companies cancelled) and the staff were super gracious and helpful. I have been to many hotels and rarely do you feel like the staff empathize with your issues as much as here. The front desk also had some great characters who made the experience of staying here more memorable and fun. The room was very clean and overall a very pleasant experience. I was very fortunate to be able to stay in a suite while here. Warner Robins is also a very nice place to stay in and has lot of nearby restaurants. I highly recommend staying here if you are passing through.
