We stayed in a one-bedroom apar**ent, which was quite nice and well-equipped, including a stovetop and cookware. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and too weak to maintain a connection. While the apar**ent had heaters and a fireplace, it lacked air conditioning, which was surprising; only a plug-in fan was provided. The bedroom had windows that opened, but the lounge room and kitchen area did not, making it somewhat stuffy. Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

The loft apar**ent was very spacious, well decorated, clean and had great amenities and facilities. The kitchen had a bar fridge, microwave, full cutlery and crockery, and a portable hot plate if needed. The queen bed was very comfortable and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The heaters had the whole apar**ent nice and toasty on those 1-2 degree nights. The water pressure in the shower was nice and strong. Heated towel rails was a nice luxury touch. Location was really great and it was really quiet and peaceful. So close to Roy’s Peak (7 minutes) and to the Wānaka town centre (3 minutes) by car. That Wanaka Tree was literally 1 minute away from us. Nicola handled our booking and her communication was superb. Alex looked after us from check in and gave us plenty of tips for hiking/tramping in the Wanaka area. It was a really comfortable and peaceful stay.

Wonderful experience . Great communication friendly helpful service. Was such a neat experience having an individual apar**ent. Super clean and well appointed kitchen with the essentials. Plus not so essential a built in expresso machine. Rooms comfy. Would like to have stayed longer. Pool and Spa added bonus.

Awesome place, really handy to everything, we found a shortcut walk into town, along the lakeside - 15 mins. We had a gorgeous soak in the spa after a big day on the mountain. Really comfy bed and nice layout. Nice touch with the gas fire. Thanks for a great stay!

Great luxury apar**ent with full services including daily maid service. We had a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms, easy check in and out like a hotel and access to pool and hot tub. Located within a quiet neighborhood close to beach. Private patio. It was perfect for our family of 4.

This is a full-service, two-bedroom apar**ent, kitchen, sitting room, etc. There is nothing bad to say about this place. The apar**ent itself was great - roomy, fully equipped, clean. Staff, all of them, were fantastic - best ever, they couldn't do enough for us. Our first thought when booking was that it was a pretty expensive place to stay, but it was honestly worth it. Many thanks to Alex and the team!

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apar**ent for 3 nights and highly recommend it for a family or small group. Would have loved to stay longer as it was just like home. Close to the lake (5 minutes walk) and close to the city center (12 minute walk). The apar**ent had everything you could want and the bonus of a swimming pool and spa. Would recommend and would stay there again when we visit next.

All the faculties within the apar**ent were exceptional quality. I felt like the kitchen was beautifully equipped and nothing felt cheap. So comfortable it felt like home
