Worse experience at a hotel we have EVER had!

Terrible I already submitted one review but my stuff was stolen out of my room and thrown away and no one wanted to take responsibility I had to wait until the morning to talk to the GM who sent someone in my room and threw myself away and then I had to call the police he tried to put me out and their housekeeper told the head housekeeper that she didn't throw away my stuff I had to get in a dumpster to find my stuff I was accused of not knowing where myself was and told that it was that I had it and I did it and they didn't believe me and I found it in a dumpster and money is missing $200

It was absolutely awful. We got there about 8:30 on a Friday. Got into our room, there were 6 of us so we had the 2double & pullout couch room. 1st off, the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to flush it like 4-5x for stuff to go down. We asked for maintenance to fix it. He looked at it, said he’d be back and never came back. 2nd off, the tv in the “living room” didn’t work. 3rd off, most of the outlets had loose plugs so they wouldn’t keep our stuff in them. Requested more towels (at checkin) and don’t receive them until we returned Saturday night. Breakfast was horrible. STAY AWAY!!!

There was a light shining in from the parking lot to my room extremely bright and the curtains where too thin to block.

We had roaches in our room. The ice machines were not working. A few other residents took a table and chairs from the meeting room outside for a bonfire. The room stated multiple beds but it was only double (2) beds in the single room.

the ice machine was broken. there was no drinking water or ice for cold drinks. the maid service was barely adequate, they did not always make the beds or return promptly with clean towels, they stole my personal wash cloth (it was not the same as theirs). the property has a run down appearance. breakfast was cold and the juice machine needed servicing. it spilled water on my hands. there was no real blankets in the room the air conditioner/heater unit would not run both a constant fan AND the heat at the same time. i needed the constant fan as a white noise to fall asleep but the room got cold while i slept due to that setting requiring the heater to be in the off position. the room and acoomodations were barely adequate. i will not be returning or recommending it to anyone else.

The female overnight staff was on point. Everything else was awful. Roaches, mites. No milk at breakfast. No trash bags. I just needed one night and it was horrendous.

I was surprised about how nice the room was. Nice and comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. Will definitely stay here again. Very nice experience with the family.

Went to the hotel for peace but drunk men hanging outside the front lobby. Then a shootout was right outside front door. People shooting back and forth. Scary and unacceptable.
