From the moment you arrive at the hotel you feel that you have arrived to heaven. You get a private villa, perfectly equipped, where you can enjoy your vacation, including a private pool and meals in the villa and enjoy the time with the family. All you hear around is the sound of waves in the sea and the chirping of birds. From the reception staff, through the private butler (Milan) who is available for you around the clock, to the house keeping (Daminda) - everyone makes sure to make your vacation perfect. We will definitely come back again.

Everything was brilliant, besides the beach side in front of hotel. Clean it up and it will be 10/10 Service is good, staff are friendly and initiative. Food is good, but make sure that you are spicy lover before order. It is Sri Lanka and local cuisine is unique. Room are good, but in bathroom area is so hot. Anyway, everything is good If you wanna relax and have a stress relief - it is good choice 👍

Advantages: 1.Good location of the hotel, close to the airport. 2. The beach is good and quite clean with convenient entry.You can swim. 3. Small number of guests. 4.Good equipment of the villas in general. Air conditioning, jacuzzi, etc. 5.Excellent pool in the villa and communal pool with hydromassage. 5. A balanced dinner, not spicy, European. 6. Trained and polite staff. 7.Farewell dinner on the shore. Disadvantages: 1.Villas and equipment are old. Many things do not work or work poorly. Fans, water pressure, sliding doors open with great effort. 2.The sunbeds on the beach fell into pieces. 3. Monotonous breakfasts. If you live for more than 3 days, it gets a little boring. 4. There is a kitchen corner, but there is no stove, dishes, kitchen utensils, or plates.It's practically useless. 5. The final bill included services and goods that were not actually provided.

We were there for 2 nights the place was very relaxing, food was generally good and the people were friendly and nice. We were allocated Ashan and he took care of us very very well. The place requires maintenance, basic upkeep in the vlllas were missing. Overall it was a good and relaxing stay.

Service,food view to the sea everything was so good... We chose SP to have my daughter's fairytale beach wedding. The hotel staff were very helpful and supportive for months of preparations and the wedding was a huge success. The food was excellent and the guests enjoyed their meal. It was a fantastic experience.

The place and the venue are amazing, sunset at the beach frem my private swimming in, balcony or the restaurant. Steff very friendly, some of them are young but they're still professional. They just need some training and more experience. The management should make some efforts on the cuisine menu to add more varieties. But the taste is nice in general.
