Good location, close to the city centre. Basic rooms, double bed was quite small and the pillows flat. When asked in reception for extra towels for the outdoor pool they didn’t give them and only offered to use the bathroom towels and exchange for clean ones after. Tooftop pool is a paddle pool (water level reached my knees). Clean overall.

Lovely and clean. Very friendly and great car park. Thank you - Diolch 🏴 . Details of great places to eat and drink and all were indicated on a map given by the friendly receptionist. Beautiful local town with very quaint buildings too.

Excellent apartment, all we needed and fantastic roof top area with small pool and amazing view of Vitoria. Close to lots of bars and a supermarket. Microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Easy walking distance to town and all the sights.

Friendly, engaging staff. Apartment very nice. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Lovely shower. Very clean. Great to have parking underground with adequate space: Great to see electric charge points for E cars! Cupboards a bit high for someone 5.1ft.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great but instructions for the safe were slightly wrong (they were missing a #). Some parts of breakfast were good eg orange juice. But the bread, croissants and cake were all stale. I would stay again but would probably skip breakfast.

Very nice visit , we enjoy the location and easy access. The only set back was the amount of info needed to check in...for us it was a bit too much private information but on the oher hand it make sense after the front desk explained. Again you asked for 200 character review..should be enough 180 and I was not allowed to stop...this is again an example of pushing a bit too much on what you want to get out of visit

Amazing atmosphere, cozy and very well located. The hotel smells deliciously good and it's very clean. The rooftop is very nice with a small pool where you can enjoy the view on the city. Absolutely recommended if you plan to visit the basque country in spain.

Very nice staff. Not all the amenities of a good hotel, though. Still, no complaints. Be aware that it's tough to get alcohol after 10pm. We showed up at night in the middle of the week, and the bars in the area were closed. The supermarket was open, but they wouldn't sell alcohol after 10pm.

From the smell, to the parking, to the friendly atmosphere, the sunroof, the lounge, the clean room and the water bottle filler…. Everything was perfect. (The only improvement might be the elevator speed 😉, and okay… mentioning that the infinity pool is only 60cm deep would prevent disappointment … but it was still very pleasant refreshing salty water)
