La habitación muy confortable y limpia, la cama super cómoda, bonitas vistas a la montaña, sin ruidos, olor agradable. Buen detalle que el secador estuviese fuera del baño con gran espejo y luz. El wifi con calidad. El desayuno estupendo y rico, con variedad. El personal muy agradable y amable.

호텔 체크인 직원이 매우 친절하고 기분 좋게 해 줍니다. 밤 10시 이후 호텔 주차장 밖으로 외출이 불가한 점은 특이합니다. 이 곳을 다시 온다면 숙박을 다시 할 것입니다.

酒店位於維多利亞市郊，開車大約10分鐘。周邊環境非常優美，臨近一個寧靜的小鎮。早上空氣新鮮，滿地紅色飄落，非常漂亮。酒店正對面有一家裝修漂亮的24小時餐廳。門口免費停車位充足且安全。

環境優美，風景秀麗。

No funciona calefacioon

Great place to stop over on the way down south to Spain. Great room 006 on the ground floor. Great restaurant across the car park. Don’t be put of by the word industrial estate. It is in a business centre area.

This hotel was nice and clean, with pleasant and professional staff working at the front desk. It was especially helpful to have multilingual clerks to help us when our Spanish wasn't good enough. We enjoyed the option to have drinks at the hotel bar. The convenience of the restaurant across the parking lot was such a blessing for us. The food was delicious, and the service was efficient and quick.

Does what it says on the tin. Clean Excellent parking friendly staff. close to the major routes. Easy access to town nice breakfast. Quiet Close to the battle site. supermarkets in 5mins drive Good VFM

My only expectation of a Holiday Inn Express (HIE) is a clean room that allows a good night sleep. I expect the room to be basic. But I also expect to be able to sleep. Upon arrival guests queued out of the door to check in, the receptionist doing the best she could, but one receptionist cannot deal with multiple guests at the same time. This is road stop hotel, it will by busy with arriving guests at a similar time each day, plan for it! The check in queue lasted until around 11.30pm as the patient and hardworking receptionist tried her best under difficult circumstances. I know this as in total I spent over 60 minutes queuing. I had experienced problems with another HIE nearby in Bilbao turning off air-conditioning in bedrooms to save cost so I checked in advance with this hotel that the air-conditioning was working. Well it was and it wasn't! My room's air-conditioning was not working, blowing no air and making a loud noise. So back to queue in reception to change room. The replacement room was only slightly better as the air-conditioning had been set to not allow a temperature below 22C, so hot uncomfortable night with little sleep. Not good anytime but especially in August and when at the end of a long drive and a long way to drive the next day. I get the feeling that this hotel has taken cost control to the extreme. Everything possible had been removed from the room, kettle, cups etc, I am told due to Covid infection control. OK, but to not even provide the usual HIE disposable plastic wrapped cups in the bathroom is extreme. I had forgotten to bring water with me, so in a hot night was reduced to using my hands to gather tap water. I shall avoid HIE in Northern Spain in future .

Hotel triste, camera triste, letto singolo più stretto del normale, colazione triste. Solo perché comodo da raggiungere, poco fuori dall’autostrada. E comunque prezzi alti per la (non) qualità offerta. Fate voi, io non tornerei. Sicuramente a Vitoria-Gasteiz c'è di meglio.

Para el precio que tiene está bastante bien.Las almohadas un poco incómodas y las cortinas opacas bastante gastadas, por lo que entraba luz. Desayuno correcto aunque el café y la leche de máquina son horribles (pero eso en todos los hoteles).

Hotel muy correcto. Para la gente que le gusta un lugar tranquilo y fácil de aparcar, esta es una gran opción. Aparcamiento super amplio y gratuito (ya que el hotel se encuentra lejos del centro, en un poígono). En frente del hotel hay un bar-restaurante muy grande, que ofrece la posibilidad de ir a tomar algo o cenar, sin tener la necesidad de coger el coche. En cuanto al hotel, habitaciones del estilo holiday inn, correctas. El desayuno es básico, pero correcto. El comedor para el desayuno es pequeño, en horas puntas, te tienes que esperar a que quede alguna mesa libre.

Hotel alejado del centro(esta ubicado en un poligono industrial) ,aparcamiento muy amplio en la puerta del hotel.Solo hay enfrente una amplia cafeteria/restaurante. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Camas comodas. Desayuno basico.

Un hôtel à recommander. Au calme. par la fenêtre vous voyez le petit village pas loin....l'impression d'être en pleine campagne alors que vous n'êtes qu'à 6 kms du centre ville. Accueil très professionnel et sympathique. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Salle de bain très bien équipée. Hôtel silencieux malgré la présence de deux équipes de natation. Petit déjeuner parfait et comme dit sur un autre avis, vous n'avez qu'à traverser le parking pour déjeuner ou diner dans le restaurant qui est en face de l'hôtel. Non négligeable un grand parking juste devant l'hôtel. Autre chose aussi des chemins de promenade qui partent de l'autre coté de la rue. Si nous revenons à Vitoria, nous logerons dans le même hôtel.
