Not an ideal for relax and comfort. But the hotel is convenient to a lot of shopping malls.

Excellent location, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and subway stations both lines 3 and 9. The service of the staff is very good. The worst part is if you can't read Chinese. Or don't know how to use a translation application. Finding this hotel might be a bit difficult. Because the hotel is on the 23rd floor There aren't any English signs on the ground floor. Hotel names are not the same in Chinese and English. I reserved a non-smoking room. But got a room that only smelled of cigarette smoke. But the staff changed the room to a room with less smell. But when I went out and came back late at night. The entire room was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke from the next room. Or the room below Or from the air conditioner, I don't know. The whole night there was the smell of cigarette smoke. My wife and I are allergic to cigarette smoke. Had to endure sleeping and smelling cigarette smoke all night. I don't know why the hotel allows smoking inside the rooms. Even though there was a smoke detector on the ceiling of the room. Not recommended for people who don't like the smell of cigarette smoke. And I probably won't go back to stay here again. In China, it's really hard to find non-smoking accommodations.

The hotel is in good area for night life. Pictures are very polished, in reality the rooms are worn out, dirty walls and not good cleaning. They don’t match with the photos of the hotel, photoshopped views from the window etc. Low ceiling makes the room feel small. Cannot recommend.

If you don't speak Chinese it's difficult to find the hotel because it's in a big building with several other hotels on different floors… but once you find it, it's a good place. Very friendly staff, nice clean room, comfortable bed, great location in the centre of Guanyinqiao shopping and entertainment district, and right next to a metro station…

前台温柔體貼，環境很乾凈衞生，阿姨清潔也很到位！

在這家酒店，我度過了一段愉快的時光。從進入酒店大堂的那一刻起，我感受到了它無與倫比的優質服務。員工們待人友善，熱情周到，無論是前台田田接待還是客房服務，都讓我感到賓至如歸。酒店的設施設備齊全，且保養得很好。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適柔軟，讓我一夜好眠。總的來説，這家酒店不僅服務周到，設施一流，我強烈推薦這家酒店給所有尋求舒適和便利的旅客們。

夜景很漂亮，，房間的超大屏幕投影看起來很舒服，像是私人影院一樣的，整個房間都是衹能客控，可以解決一切需要伸手的問題，整體乾淨衞生，交通便利，服務熱情。

酒店好多地方都是破的，環境很不好，床單上有個破的洞，剛住進來沒仔細看就出去玩了，玩完回來躺床上才發現，不過發現的時候有點晚了，就懶得折騰了，還有被套也是破的，回酒店後想在浴缸裏泡個澡發現水流出來是黃黃的，最後也沒泡澡，洗澡的時候需要手拿着沖，不然水會直接噴到浴室外面，很不方便，杯子上很多毛絮，看起來像是很久沒打掃過的了，被子也是有點潮的，住完之後脖子上起了一些紅疹子，真的是住過的最爛的酒店了，價格完全和質量不匹配，免費請我住都不住，一分都不想給，破酒店！！！！坐電梯需要等 10 分鐘都不止，等電梯的人真的很多，等的我都快要爆炸了！！！大家都避雷，別來住，我住過很多酒店都是最晚 2 點退房，這個酒店最晚 12 點，晚了就要收費

前台田田服務熱情，樓下就是就是地鐵站，位置也很不錯，值得推薦

酒店是在金崗大廈裏面，重慶特色就是很多幾點都在一棟樓裏，然後分好幾層，雖然有窗但是下午樓下廣場是真的吵，在23層都吵得腦仁疼。 優點就是下樓是觀音橋好吃街，去紅鼎國際（就是大融城）吃了頓私房菜，好吃街點了碗麪，遺憾的是沒時間來得及再吃頓火鍋走，重慶的物價是真心不貴，對於一個浙江地區的人來説。 但這個酒店總體還是很不錯的，門口一個琴鍵可以踩出聲音還是很有特色的，值得推薦入住
