BlackStone Apart Boutique Hotel

Good hotel, we went with family everything is OK. Thing to improve: WIFI performance is terrible and no signal in rooms.

Its located near the downtown of villa general belgrano, the breakfast is ok in quality but buffet and cheap. The people were very nice and they show us the place as soon as we get there. We were only one night but its nice for more nights

Absolutely the worst experience that I had in my life. A shame, cause the place have a great potential. We arrived at 6:30 pm and we didn't receive our room until 9:30 pm, and the worst is what the receptionists did during this 3 hours window. First of all, there were 3 kids on the reception desk, and we've been attended by the 2nd youngest (also, there was no a single manager to talk with). We've been explained the rule of the hotel, which took a good amount of time, and they explained to us that room wouldn't been clean every day, due to covid restrictions, but nobody in the office were wearing a mask 🤨 (we later founded out that in reality the problem was that the hotel expanded too quickly without expanding the staff, and this news came from another oldest receptionist 2 days later). The 4 of us then, 1 couples of parents and 1 of sons, are been assigned 2 rooms in the "superior" part of the hotel. The problem was that when we arrived, the room where totally incomplete, and I mean, there were workers Inside! The rooms were dirty of paint, construction dust, had leaking on the ceiling in one case, didn't have hot water. So we went back, to ask if this was a mistake (meanwhile the same receptionists made us wait long time cause other customers kept arriving). So the 2nd youngest passed the ball to the youngest girl, which confusing started to walk back and forth from the reception to the rooms, to "control" the situation (the rooms are around 500mt from the reception). After around 40 minutes of wait, they tried to assign us 2 other rooms of the same complex, but when we went to them, again we found out the same situation. Dirty, workers on them and no hot water in one. So we want back again to the desk and tried to talk with a manager, and the first receptionist responded that she was sorry, couldn't do more at this point and she wouldn't pass the phone number of the manager, to which they where talking all this time trough the phone, explaining that was in holiday and didn't wish to talk to us. End of the story, 3h later, we've been assigned 3 other rooms, from which we could choose, and we had to accept them in those conditions, cause otherwise we wouldn't have a place to sleep, after 13h driving, cause was bank Holiday in Argentina. The day after we recall the reception and ask to send someone to fix the hot and cold water. For us was the first time we live a bad experience like this, but there is a first time for everything. Now that you know a bit more, I hope won't be yours.

A nice place. The photos are outdated (like SO MANY listings). the shiny pool cabanas are now pretty beaten up and faded. There is definitely room to fix up the property, stairs, balconies. The apartments are solid, but not great. And you can hear the conversation of your neighbors. But. Communication was very good, check in excellent. Ps I live in hotels, so try to be as reasonable as possible with reviews.

El hotel ubicado dentro de la ciudad deja bastante que desear. El precio que se paga no es acorde al servicio que dan. El desayuno malísimo, el café no es café es agua color marron, el jugo de naranja industrial de mala calidad y el pan tanto el integral como el de molde sin gusto y claramente de baja calidad. El baño sin las comodidades para poner toallas, elementos de higiene etc., Lugar sin mosquiteros por ende lleno de insectos.

Volvimos a Blackstone boutique. Con la primera vez quedamos encantados. La ubicación es buenísima. Cerca de todo. Los apart son amplios cómodos con buena luz y calefacción para esta época. Equipados con todo lo que se necesita en la cocina, encontras detergente, repasador, rejilla, lo mismo en el baño, jabón, champú, crema, enjuague, con secador de pelo. La cama muy confortable, se descansa excelente. la limpieza muy buena. Los empleados son muy cordiales, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Los que reservan con media pensión no se van a arrepentir, el desayuno completísimo: ensalada de frutas, jugos, queso , jamón, distintos tipos de budines con frutos secos, de cítricos, de chocolate, medias lunas, bizcochos, manteca , dulces, mermelada y muchas cosas mas. El almuerzo es un espectáculo, la calidad de los productos, la presentación, abundante y variado. La pileta climatizada es pequeña pero confortable, suelen dar turnos para comodidad de todos. Vimos que están haciendo algunos arreglos, quedará mejor aun con algunos detalles. Super recomendable, excelente atención.

Muy mala atención. Se solicito el servicio de la parrilla (porque según ellos no estaba incluido), y no hubo buena voluntad por parte del personal para resolver el tema. Al vehículo lo tuve que estacionar en lugares sin techo, con el riesgo que ello implica, (lo cual tampoco estaba aclarado en el paquete de compra). Se debía pedir turno para el uso de pileta climatizada cuando la mayoría de las veces estaba desocupada. Uno va a un lugar para vacacionar, descansar y olvid**** de los problemas, en vez de eso, no existió predisposición para resolver los inconvenientes que pueden ocurrir en cualquier estadía.

lo unico bueno es la ubicacion, el resto deja bastante que desear, la atencion mala y con mala predisposicion, me bombardearon con mensajes todo el tiempo para mil cosas pero la verdad no volveria, es un lugar de 4 puntos que se hace ver como exclusivo

Llegamos y la habitación olía a humedad. Había pelos en la rejilla de la ducha. Una esponja para platos usada, sucia. Las paredes con humedad y pintura saltada. Las almohadas todas desgranadas con la funda interna amarilla un asco. El colchón totalmente vencido te caías de costado. Arañas en la habitación. Mucha falta de mantenimiento en general. Cuando lo dije se ofrecieron a cambiarme de habitación pero había hablado con otras personas ahí y todos decían q sus habitaciones estaban igual. No tenía sentido. Me cambiaron las almohadas. Pero el olor a humedad un asco. No te dan ni un café o té de cortesía como en todos los apart. La pileta climatizada es para enanos. Para entrar tenes q subir escalones y te das la cabeza contra el techo. Había una parte con tierra q se ve q tenía plantas pero ya no. Abandonado total. La pileta grande desbordaba la parte de desagote y la mugre se metía adentro. La verdad, para lo que cobran y la publicidad de “experiencia blackstone” deja mucho q desear. No vale lo que cobran. No invierten en mejoras evidentemente. Todo parches. No volvería jamás ni lo recomendaría
