Very nice Hotel, very well located just at the central square. Attention during breakfast wa very slow, it took about 30 minutes to be served. There was not Hot water in shower at the morning. during the day was OK. Small insect appear in our room (cucarachas). Not very glad.

Perfect location, beautiful setting, wonderful rooms and great service. Located right at the main plaza, with the best views in town, close to restaurants and shops. Also recommend the Guru "free" walking tour. I highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful Hotel, Its a very old Haus with a very good restoration and renovation work. The service is very good in all areas. All the staff are very friendly, you can feel the friendly character from people there. Modern, beautiful and confortable room + bed, I could sleep very well. The bathroom its as well modern, with good design elements, clean and the the shower is powerful. Excellent breakfast, every thing is delicious. Perfect Location on the corner of the Plaza Mayor.

Upon reading previous reviews I fell for the lies written. Accommodations were adequate. As for food we were told by the staff that they were low on almost everything. During our lunch. We requested a sangria and we were told that they did not have the wine, as we continued to order our lunch we found out that they did not have all the ingredients. The following day for breakfast we experienced the same thing. Oh, the bathrooms lack soap lotion. I would give then a mediocre rating! What a waste! We did tell the person that did our final checkout all the inconveniences that we experienced! Let’s see if they fix any!

This was a great hotel and a great value! The rooms felt brand new and the food was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be that if someone reserves the Jacuzzi in the morning, the hotel should have known to turn it on so we didn't spend the entire reservation waiting for the sauna to warm up and the water in the Jacuzzi to get hot, which unfortunately never happened.

The most beautiful hotel with the sweetest staff. The hotel is just gorgeous! So many pretty courtyards and lounge areas. Very peaceful. The staff was very attentive and very kind. The rooms are really pretty, I got some decorating ideas! Shower was great as well as the shampoo/soap provided. A perfect place for a calming and peaceful stay. Try the passionfruit mule!
