Positives:
Good area, walkable to resort, close to restaurants at the base. Great views from room. Get your own food cause they had all you need to cook. Sauna was nice and hot, heated pool was warm, had jacuzzi. Staff was friendly. Felt bad for staff because they were clearly making mistakes because they were under-employed. Almost all mistakes could be blamed on poor management. Breakfast had great selection but only of carbs. No eggs though, that's extra.
Negatives:
Overpriced for what your getting. (3k for 6 nights). Lack of staff led to repeated mistakes by overworked front desk. Pretty much ongoing complaints from guests could be heard from my room. Was supposed to organize a pickup from airport, they didn't. Was supposed to organize a taxi for pickup from property to restaurant: they called taxi late resulting in pickup being half hour late and almost missing my reservation. Randomly tried to charge $10 an hour for private sauna use until enough guests complained they made it free. Steam room never worked once. Jacuzzi was small and broken for over half my stay. When it was working it was lukewarm. Bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. They stuck to twins together to make a full, resulting in massive hump. Complaints made changed nothing except swapping one twin for another. Back was in pain by end of trip. Gym doesn't even have proper yoga mats. Gym essentially a stretching room plus a few cardio machines.
Overall: Overpriced.

Excelent location and crew are really helpfull , but suite are old and not aligned with the price
The breackfast are good , were scramble eggs need extra fee

La habitaciones son muy buenas. El entorno del hotal, el estado exterio de los edificios y los jardines, estaban descuidados. El paisaje muy bueno. Disfrutamos de la naturaleza en Villa Catedral, sin mucha gente y muy cerca de Bariloche.

Realmente es un hotel carente de todo. Llegas en el medio de la lluvia y nieve y no sólo que no hay veredas( esta todo inundado) sino que nadie te ayuda a llevar las valijas al cuarto que puede quedarte a 150 metros. Es un peligro caminar por las inmediaciones no hay nadie que limpie el camino para que el huesped pueda caminar sin peligro La habitación me la dieron a las 17:30 hs una hora mas tarde Me quisieron cobrar una tasa municipal que porsupuesto no abone, sin ni veredas hacen en el Cerro. Bien Hotel de esta época de gobierno de tranfugas que quieren vivir de los que pagamos impuestos. La luz se corta y el agua caliente también. Porque las calderas no tienen mantemiemiento. El transfer del hotel es para el uso de lde los empleados, es decir a uno le pasa algo y no contas con un vehículo para que te acerque a un hospital. El spa esta afuera y tenes que caminar por un barrial de agua y nieve peligrosisimo para llegar. Esta lejos de la base para el que esquia. Lo único bueno es el desayuno y la gente que atiende el comedor. Ellos si tienen buena atención precio y calidad. Como le dije a la recepcionista esto es un debut y despedida. No lo recomiendo para nada. Imposible estar sin auto.

Pésimo, no tiene buena atención. No hay agua caliente en los vestuarios. El desayuno no es suficiente el espacio en temporada media-baja. La atención es un desastre, pedimos usar los vestuarios para bañarnos el día que dejamos el hotel y se nos negó. Nunca estuve en un lugar tan malo y tan hostil, y para peor el precio es una locura en relación al servicio. Los cuartos no se hacen completos, los cubiertos no los lavan siguen ahí hasta que uno se va. Por favor no aloj**** acá.

No voy a opinar, solo voy a compartir hechos: - La pileta está cruzando la calle, es decir, la idea es salir a la calle en traje de baño y bata, y luego volver igual, mojado. - el vestuario no tiene agua caliente. - el vaso de agua del día 1 lo dejamos en la pileta, ahí estaba al abandonar el hotel. Se espera que uno lo lave. - las toallas para bañ**** miden 50cm x 30cm. - entra chiflete por todas las aberturas del cuarto. - las almohadas son de goma espuma, duras. - en una ventana no había cortinas, por lo que cambi**** era exhibirse. Pedimos y pusieron en seguida. - al dejar los bolsos para el último día de ski luego del check out, nos avisaron que solo nos podíamos cambiar en el vestuario, no bañarnos. Se aseguraron de eso al no darnos toalla. Ni hablar usar la pileta. - wifi no andaba.

Vengo todos los años a Bariloche y nunca recibí tan mal trato como en este lugar. Pagamos una barbaridad por un departamento con un solo cuarto, de eso no me quejo porque reservé tarde. Estaban desesperados por cobrar desde que llegamos. Casi que nos perseguían por todos lados pidiendo saldar el cobro cuando ni nos habiamos instalado. Nos cobraron una toalla porque estaba “sucia”… Aunque pedimos late check out desde el inicio no nos dejaron utilizar nada de las instalaciones ese día aunque nevaba con toda y no se podía hacer otra cosa. Y no solo eso sino que siempre mal predispuestas las mujeres que atienden como si las estuvieses molestando. No venimos nunca más. Ni recomendamos. El restaurante BBB, rico y mejor onda.

Lindisimo hotel, a pasos de la base del Cerro Catedral, muy cómodo y completo. A destacar la amabilidad y buena predisposición de TODO el personal ante cualquier eventualidad o requerimiento que surgió. Definitivamente recomendable
