Parque de Campismo Orbitur Sitava Milfontes

If you wanted to have a family camping trip in season, this would be a great place. For us, it was not a good experience at all. Although free WiFi is advertised, it doesn’t state that it is only available in the office or the store. The restaurant was closed the days we were to be there…also not disclosed. Our cards needed to enter and exit the site never worked properly, so thankfully there was someone there to let us in. Our cabin was clean, but had a residual scent I believe from the manufacturing process (similar to a FEMA trailer). Although we had paid for,three nights we ended up leaving after one night. Again, if you’re looking for a camping experience away from civilization I believe you would enjoy it as there seems to be several activities for summer. For us though, traveling and needing to be accessible to home it didn’t work. Had the property description been transparent, we never would have stayed here.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit hesitant with this park, however it revealed itself to be a great choice. I didn't went in the high season peak but the park was full. The amount of locker rooms was enough and I never had to wait to shower with hot water or use the bathroom. The locker rooms were also cleaned everyday. If you want some peace and quiet stay in the area closer to the beach gate/far away from the bar area. But that depends on what you are looking for in your trip. Only negative aspects were that the locker room near the beach gate never had soap to wash your hands and the supermarket is a bit expensive.

The camping was quite dirty, and It seems abandoned. No services at all, the supermarket looks Like has been looted by a bunch of savages. Reception the worst aspect. If you ask they something, they Will answer no. No matter the question. Also they don't support luggage transfer. Next time i Will sleep next to the Road, It Will be a more relaxing experience.

Unfortunately this place feels like staying in the thick of a loud music festival. Loud music played by neighbouring tents into the night. No reguard for families with young children. People are rude and the place is filthy. I feel like I'm in the thick of a concrete jungle with no view other than tents and loud music constantly coming from neighbouring cars (currently happening at 10.30pm). Can't wait to leave this hell hole.

The place was great to spend a few days. The park had many amenities and the staff was always nice. The bungalow was quite spacious and super clean!

Good clean and size of property

Excelentes condições, tudo muito limpo e arranjado, sitio espectacular e staff muito simpático. Só achei que a falta de pão no pequeno-almoço foi uma grande falta de atenção bastante grave, sendo que houve muitos clientes com crianças que não comeram por causa disso e o supermercado do parque já estava fechado para o inverno.

Espaço amplo e equipado mas a precisar de melhoria quando comparado com os parques nas proximidades. Sendo do grupo Orbitur esperava muito mais. Bastante amplo e com imenso potencial. Infraestrutura dispersas, cartão de identificação dos campistas que tem de ser devolvido quando podiam oferecer de recordação, uma vez que tem o nome do campista. Informam que a praia é a 650mt do parque, que parece muito mais e numa estrada de terra batida e sem iluminação noturna. Funcionários prestáveis.

Parque de campismo inserido num pinhal, muito acolhedor , com muito espaço, balnearios limpos. este parque tem supermercado, talho, take away, bar e restaurante Piscina acolhedora com bar e animação. Staff acolhedor. A nota menos positiva deste parque são os preços praticados, nada acessivel.
