My oral study was amazing. There is a great support staff in the entire hotel at the restaurant. The service was given by Kajal and Mahajan. They always had a smiling face and happy to help and serve attitude which was outstanding. I would highly recommend people to visit and have an experience of the service

Good spacious rooms, restaurant food was very tasty, the staff was very helpful, the restaurant staff and the reception staff were very helpful and polite, we had Palak Khichdi which was not on the menu but the chef made it for us on request and it was very very tasty. Over all very pleasant stay and experience

Kajal, Sampath, Krutika all worked so hard to make our stay lovely. We enjoyed and appreciated! The hotel is also accommodating :) Faizan even arranged taxi ahead of time for me. Really appreciate it. The food was tasty and the staff was all professional.

t’s a great hotel. there are all the facilities. The room was perfect as well as the location of the hotel. The staff is exemplary and competent. The restaurant is also perfect with a varied cuisine, its very friendly and very professional staff with excellent advice. I highly recommend this place.

Very Nice food en good service. I enjoyed after a long day of visiting, I was warmly welcomed by mr rabiul and kajal . They gave good advises what to eat , whats spicy and whats not spicy and adapted to my apetite. Greatly appreciated, will certainly come back!

Food is good. Ambience is good. Service is fine. Room amenities are ok. It's near to all tourist attractions. Hospitality is appreciated. They are bit overrated but its good for city like bijapur. Overall 8/10. Best part is the restraunt- food is tastier and much appreciable

Need napkins in bathroom and Curtains in bath area. Parking area to be covered. Restaurant food was good. Restaurant service is good. Got good service from Mr. Rabiul. Front desk gave proper information. Bell boy gave proper Information.

Spacious rooms, friendly and supportive staff both at reception and restaurant. Food was tasty. Chef and supportive staff were so cooperative that they even customised the food as per individual taste. Food which was even not part of my MAP plan was served without any additional charges. Truly felt like”atthithi devo bhav”.
