Hotel was good but we only stayed one night because our flight was canceled and they even let us get refund! Breakfast buffet is good and staff is helpful. Would stay again.

everything in room was top notch! even a mini bar fridge stocked etc.. but the buffet breakfast was terrible you essentially have to order something off menu for it to resemble something edible..no coffee at continental..you essentially have to order it from what looked like a bar, the hostess was a bit snooty n rude like what kind of coffee would you like? i said . coffee i didnt understand why she didnt know what coffee was shes like an americano? i said whatever..its brkfast just give me some coffee omg.. later went to visit bar on 4th floor it was during open hours, nobody there nobody at bar heard ppl in back, some guy pokes head out of door sees me doesnt ask if he could help me, just nods and rows back in door, no one shows up i finally just left..service is way to non existant and too formal like their trying to be upscale to the point you cant even get service, was told there was a shuttle to airport for $12 few hours later asked for it they said it wasnt available?

it is a very beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden view. i enjoy my stay here. also all my family members. the hotel has many friendly staff. we will definately come back and choose the hotel again! they also help us book the tour and reserve the restraurant. thank ypu for everything. we recommend our friends to choose this too!

Salana is a really beautiful French style hotel in a good area to stay in Vientiane. The cocktail bar is very elegant and civilised and the staff are a delight. I’ve never seen a bed so huge as our bed and we had a jacuzzi bath too. The room was really big, spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Airport transfer was very reasonable and well organised too. I can’t fault the place - it was a delight. We had plenty of massages down the street and we went to a really interesting visitor centre called COPE about how the landlines have affected the people of Loas and what we can do to help, it was really human, soul searching and gut wrenching. The tuk tuk can take you there from the street.

Only a short walk to the night market. As I fell sick during my stay and had to go to the hospital, I didn't venture out of the hotel to the city centre. Didn't get to enjoy the breakfast spread too due to my illness, but the spread looks good. One lady at the restaurant specially attended to me after knowing of my illness, with almost all my meals settling at the hotel restaurant. A few service staff also gave their concern to me. Only one problem with the bathroom shower where the hot water didn't stay constant. I had to keep adjusting throughout the shower.

We loved this hotel! It was bang in the center of town, the staff was helpful, the food was good, and the rooms were immaculate! Highly recommend :)

Loved this little boutique. Just outside the main old town but perfectly situated for a short stay. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Nice pool for a dip. And great price in the low seasons!

It's a very good check-in experience. The restaurant food is also exquisite and delicious, and the spa is also very comfortable.
