I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and I will definitely book a room in Hotel Lucia during my next visit to Vienna. The hotel location allows easy access to the well developed transport system in the city and the Schönbrunn palace. The room was perfectly cleaned every day. After a busy day I enjoyed a nice sleep, convenient beds and surrounded by absolute silence in the neighborhood. The breakfast is really good in terms of choices (the espresso coffee is much better than in any other $$$ restaurant in Vienna) and quality of products. A fridge and a couple of glass cups in the room would be a nice complement to the interior of the room. The wireless Internet in the room was fast and reliable, faster than the Mobile Internet in Vienna! The staff has been helpful all the time during my stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel also because of the good balance between price and quality of service. It is much better than the surrounding 4* hotels.

Very nice, clean rooms and kind personal. Nice, good breakfast. Good neighborhood, nice restaurants near hotel with very good food. Close to train station so it is easy to visit Wien . Parking available Very good choice.

A Very pleasant hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a good choice and fresh produce. Nice helpful staff. Quite a walk into the centre but Public transport links to the main attractions of Vienna a couple of minutes walk away. We got a transport pass which worked well for us.

We spent 4 nights in the hotel. We got a baby cot for our 2 years old son. He also liked the room. The bed was very comfortable I could sleep very well. The breakfast options were various and delicious. Free tea in the hall between 15 and 22.

I enjoyed my trip to vienna the staff were very friendly and very helpful indeed. My room was ok however it was slightly warm and uncomfortable because the air conditioning was high, apart from that a great trip with transport very reliable.

The manager charged us for 150 euros for a curtain that he says we damaged because we left the window opened. This is true, we left the window opened by mistake, but the curtain was already damaged (see photos attached). The manager is very rude and the hotel personal has a very special talent to make the guests feel unwanted and uncomfortable. The breakfast is the same every day and the restaurant personal has the habit to reserve some tables. Our problem was that we didn't complain about the curtain when we arrived even if we saw it. Lesson learned. WHEN ENTER THE ROOM, DO A ROOM CHECKING AND ASK FOR ROOM CHANGE FOR EVERYTHING. NOTE: This hotel doesn't have a list of prices for damaging staff in the room.

The hotel staff is very helpful, wonderful breakfast and nice rooms. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to Neubau where many of the restaurants, shops and some museums are. It was a 30 minutes walk to the city center and historic sites. This was perfect for my family, but we are city people and used to walking.

It was a great experience - location is great: a few minutes walk to Johnstrasse station and I think is quite close to the Schonbrunn palace. - the room was pretty good - breakfast was decent - the managers and the crew were nice and very professional overall
